Pizza was good, had to wait a few minutes on bread sticks but they were hot and delicious!
They did not have the ingredients to make my order so they substituted it without asking. I asked for a refund for the... difference, but they were unable to refund just the difference and said I would have to pay again for the entire order, and theyhad to put it on my card. So I was being asked to tie up over $60 of my money because they couldn't refund 3 bucks. I receivedthe refund on my card and walked out. They can keep the pizzas. Maybe management will fix the problem for future customers. Read more
If yall ever take the time to look in the back while they are preparing the pizza, notice gloves arent worn and at the time I... decided to be nosey, I saw the person that was preparing the pizza was texting on her phone. She stuck it in her pocketafterwards and started putting toppings on someones pizza. I made sureeeee... It wasnt mine. The manager prepared minespersonally the correct way. This place is horrible and disgusting. The people coming in and out are ghetto and nasty! They were bare foot and walking on the... back of their shoes. The employees has NO HAIR NETS ON with DREADS and LONG HAIR WIGS that was everywhere. Also with no glovesand going back n fourth to the cashier. The other employee has a high MESSY ponytail without a hair net. So hair can easily fallinto ones food. They?re fingernails were filthy. Grabbing every little thing they see without gloves or re- washing their hands.Not even washing their hands with soap for at least 20-30 seconds, and then to put on gloves which was not in sight. Thenwalking IN AND OUT! Bare feet with sandals! Also laughing and playing all OVER THE FOOD! I?ve never seen so muchunprofessionalism IN MY LIFE. A couple months ago, my wife ordered a pizza and cheese sticks on their app. 20 minutes later the app alerted that the food was... ready to pick up. I get there and tell the cashier I'm picking up. I kid you not, they said they were out of cheese and we didnot receive a thing. The store manager said they can not give refunds and I was told to call corporate. We did and was toldsomeone would get back to us. Never heard from them again. Reluctantly, we ordered the exact same items two weekends agothrough their app. Not even 5 minutes later, the app alerted us it was ready. Got to the portal and the marinara nor cheesesticks were in the portal. It was an ordeal to finally get them. Both items were very old looking which was why it only took 5minutes is my guess. I have stopped by several times and have yet to have a good experience with the people working here. They are never polite, show... any professionalism, never have anything ready as you?re always waiting on food, or have a sense of urgency when there isseveral people waiting. Every time I?ve been here the employees (different every time) act like they don?t want to be there andInterrupting them. The reason i have stopped as many times as I have is because it?s convenient, but from now on I will go outof my way. Never has this been hot and ready or an in and out experience. Read more

Cashier was friendly, no waiting. Pizza ???????? was real good ????. Slightly still warm from p/u to home ( Holden). Great price
