There was a hair in my moms food and all they did was take 5 dollars off. They didn?t even take the full amount off for her... meal. They made it seem like it was no big deal and they were not apologetic what so ever. This place was truly great. Past by it a hundred times and we finally decided to give it a shot. We were disappointed at all.... Great environment, food was REALLY good and the time between dishes was was on the lower end of the time scale. And to say allthe food we had, we still didn't spend close to what we were expecting. First time i went here the waitress was drunk and had to ask me what my friend ordered. Today the host rushed us to our table... like a cop directing traffic. Our waitress then proceeded tell us to hurry with our order because they were about to close andwe felt superrr bad about it because on the door it said 10 but she said they were closing at 9 instead, it was 8 when we gotthere. We asked her if we could just take the food to go later on so they wouldnt have to wait for us to finish, but then shetells us they werent closing anytime soon.. also the bathrooms had tinfoil on the toilets and everything tasted like foodpoisoning. Atmosphere: Mexican sports bar. Bright colors of the typical Mexican restaurant variety. Family friendly in the main area. Food:... excellent flavor, great spice. Perfectly cooked. I think the prices are a little lower at two of the other Mexican restaurantsin town but the flavor is just a bit better than one of them. Customer service: lackluster but competent. She may have just beenvery tired, although at that moment the place wasn't that busy but I don't know what it was like earlier in the day. I would goback, if El Paso wasn't my preferred place to go. This place is trash. Ordered beef fajita nachos and got 2 lbs of peppers and onions with some meat on tortilla chips. Where are... the beans?? No lettace,jalapeños,sour cream or hot sauce. Also paid 2.49 for a 16 oz tea. So overpriced. Don't waste your timeor money on this place. Read more
