First off, let me just say, this store was CRAZY BUSY when I visited it for a drive thru order. I was very impressed at how fast... the cars in front of me were moving thru the line. The young girl at the 1st window was very polite & friendly. After paying, Ipulled to the 2nd window but was instructed to pull forward cuz my order was going to take a minute longer. I did as instructed& after several long minutes, nobody has brought my food out to me. The drive thru line was empty & the lobby was, too. So Iwent inside & asked where my order was...they had thrown it away not realizing it was mine. Everyone behind the counterimmediately started rushing to get the order made. They apologized over & over. I assured them everything was fine as Iunderstand how things like that happen when there's such a rush like there was. Order from McDonald?s so often and even pay for extra sauce. The past 10 or so orders I?ve had they forget the sauce everytime... and I feel like I?m wasting money on that. I really would just like to have what I pay for honestly. Read more
Service was great. We asked for the #2 with orange juice and just a chicken sandwich with an apple juice. But the rep saved us... money by giving us the bundle deal without having to ask us. That?s someone who knows her job well. I used to work in fast foodand that?s how I was trained. Everyone should love saving money. Read more

My kids and I went to the counter to place our order and was told they were really busy and suggested that I order from the... kiosk. That was fine, didn't mind that. So per the kiosk instructions, I placed the order, grabbed a number, sat, and patientlywaited for the order. About 10 minutes later, I get up and go to the counter to let them know that I was STILL waiting. The girllooks at me and says, "oh, I'm sorry." Then proceeded to fill the order. They totally forgot about my order!! If I hadn't saidsomething I probably NEVER would have gotten it! Read more
