Don't come to park here if you are gonna pay for prime parking. Was told they can't refund me and won't move anyone outta the... spots then they gave my parking pass to another driver that was already parked who didn't pay. Staff seem to be racists towardscertain people. Read more
You can tell that they are trying to clean up the inside of the store and keep it organized better?. But you can only do so much... with what they working with?. In a Sprinter van so found parking alright, well lit, and quiet. Staff is nice and helpful, but they seem to be under staffed... (which seems to be a problem in a lot of places lately which is just harder on the remaining staff :/) so this Pilot can?t fullyfunction. That?s probably why the truckers have a problem with people stealing their reserved spots and the showers not alwaysbeing available. Read more
Truck Drivers - Don't plan on them honoring your reservation! Made an online reservation because we were going to be very late... and out of hours. When we arrived, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they don't honor reservations but good lucktrying to find a spot. Second time this has happened at this location. Drivers depend on reservations when they are coming inlate and out of hours and Pilot claims to cater to truckers. Useless and dangerous offering the $15 fee back when the driver istired, has no place to go and out of hours. Read more
No laundry facility, I found a used wash cloth in my reserved shower stall. Upon using the sink, there was something oily or... greasy on the knobs. The bathrooms are disgusting, not well kept. Behind the parking slot, looks like someone dumped theirtruck load of boxed fruit of some type in the wooded area along the curb. Real trashy. This location is a very sloppy place.Needs a major makeover. The parking lot is a tire eating pot hole of a monster. Yea this place needs to be torn down andrebuilt. I?ve been to many pilots and the staff here kind of has an careless attitude. I don?t care they didn?t greet me as Iwalked in that?s not what I?m talking about. One star is way too much for this place! I used shower #5 and the smell was terrible ???????? when I walked in. I took some... pictures of the shower room and went to the desk to speak with the manager. When I got to the counter I asked for the mangerand all the employees told me we are the managers we are all manager, I told them no I would like to speak to the actual managerthan someone( Older lady name starts with T don't recall name) told me she was the manager. I asked her, Do you ever walk theshowers? He answer was no she seem more interested in me finishing talking to her than actually listening to what I had to say,well I showed her the images I will post and she said definitely we need to change that. She seemed like she didn't care. Askedfor my rewards card and gave me the shower back. This is the handicap bathroom and has old soap in the shower place when waterhits it i becomes slippery and this is something serious. Avoid this horrible and naughty place. Dont bother reserving a spot this pilot doesn't honor reservations and staff says sorry not are problem, if you dont like it... call corporate and they walked away and outside to have a break, will definitely not return to this pilot for any reason Read more
