All good. However, in the parking lot was something to be worried about. Guy pulls up in SUV and gets out of passenger seat but,... he has on a hideous Clown mask. He then proceeds to jump on the hood of his car. He lays face down across hood for a few minutesand then jumps on roof of suv where he lays face down again. Even in 2022 that is Bizarre behavior. I would be cautious aroundsomeone who hides behind a mask. Masks like that are for Halloween not for scaring families at restaurants. Read more

I used to work for Raising Canes. Tell me how I order a sandwich combo (comes with three pieces of chicken) add a honey mustard... and I get home and there's two microscopic pieces of chicken on a bun, no honey mustard. Go to the other location off Morrison. Read more

I never have any issues going to ANY canes location. Yet this one served very stale bread and super tiny chicken tenders. Like... TINY. Read more

RUDE workers! First off the lady taking the orders through the drive thru was in a rush. I ordered a Caniac and before I could... order a side of fries (NO SUBSTITUTIONS) she had attitude asking for my drink. I said calmly I need a side of fries and extrasauce, she replied ?what?s your drink?? ! I asked for sweet tea. I get up to the window and look at receipt and she had ?noslaw, extra fries?. I specifically ordered a side of fries on purpose as they come in a different box. I told her -she said withanother attitude ?they gon give to you at second window?. So I get up there and my fries aren?t there. They just gave me a slaw.So the girl at the 2nd window says with attitude ?what?s the problem ?? I tell her everything above and she closes windowstarts talking to someone and comes back and says ?you gonna have to pay for the fries? I replied ?yes I know that! However ifthis was done correctly and patiently while I was ordering I would?ve already had it paid? she accidentally drops a water in thecar at that point. Raising Canes is giving all fast food chains a run for their money. I would rate this restaurant with 5 stars if they stayed... open later. This location used to stay open pretty long hours, but as of late they close just as early as all other restaurantsaround. Quality is still reaching new levels; all other fast food restaurants around drown. And I don't even like fried chickenbut prefer it over others for quality alone. Read more
