Ordered food for pick up. Got home the corn dogs I ordered for my child were under cooked. Ordered a dozen of rolls got 3 and... also my steak came with 2 sides I received 1. This is not the first time we experienced something similar at this location. Willnot return although when we?ve eaten here on occasions food was good. Quality has went down hill. Things we need to be changedbig time . Leaving a picture of the raw dough on my child?s corn dog bite. Hopefully he doesn?t get sick from taking the singlebite he took. Read more
Located between Target and AMC theater. The staff is attentive. Had the Good time burger and it was good. It has outside seating... with TVs perfect for watching LSU games . The atmosphere is very chill perfect for game night or pregame lunch. Will come again.Plus whoever put a TV in the bathroom = Genius ???????? Read more
GREAT service and GREAT food! When we arrived we were seated right away from the hostess (which was very welcoming). My daughter... was upset at first that they didn?t have crayons and coloring but shortly after being seated the manager or manager in training,Belinda, came up to see how we were doing, my 4 yr old daughter told her what she wanted and with in 5 minutes she came backwith crayons and a printed color sheet. Not only was that cheesy customer service but our server Storm was friendly and providedfast and consistent service. I highly recommend this place along with these two ladies!!!! The chicken tenders were deliciouswith lots of flavor, my Shrimp Po?boy was amazing! Not only the flavor but was packed with Shrimp!! The wait to get a table was long and we waited a while for our drinks, but overall, it was still worth it. The food was good,... the server was friendly and the restaurant was clean. If it wouldn't have been for the wait, I would have given it 5 stars Read more
I had call 2 days ahead of the schedule event. And, had waited and hour and 15 minutes before the area assigned to Us, was... ready. Which was okay gave everyone time to enjoy themselves etc. The waiter was overwhelmed by the size of the party group.Which made his performance horrible. After waiting for hour and 35 just for drinks and food orders to be placed. We had orderAppetizers.. Which was overcooked and burnt. Still trying to give the restaurant a chance.. Time is going by once again... Itdefinitely should be time for them to close. After (2) hours The Adult beverages were served. Now having to ask the waiter dothey still offer rolls. He give a look as if I had offended him.. The food is now being being served My daughter food had hairin it. My niece wings was burnt. I asked for my T-bone to be cooked medium well. It was definitely over cooked. My Cousinordered never came out. And We was told it was placed with another order. Now she's having to wait for another hour. And,management was supposed to come to the table NEVER made it. While having to ask for sides that never came. There was 4 ordersthat should've been sent back. But, We had grown tired of the whole experience.. Which made this one Sweet 16teen Party adisaster. Since this was her favorite restaurant. We asked for The bill and Ended up grabbing a pizza to make sure her partyguess was full. I don't think I would be returning to the restaurant with a large group or on a busy night. We had a lovely time. Food was good. Atmosphere is nice. New things since the last visit.
We went there to have dinner and was told it would be at least a 30 minute wait to be seated. When I looked around I was puzzled... as to why it would be that long of a wait when I can clearly see a minimum of 8 tables that were not being utilized whilestanding at the hostess podium. Then they told me that they would text me when a table was available. This further confused meas to why I had to give my personal information to be seated. That is data collection at its finest. They didn't offer for us tosit at the bar when they said it would be a wait. I had to ask if we could sit at the bar. We were not greatest with a smile ora simple "Hello, Welcome to Santa Fe!" When I spoke to the bartender I found out that they are short staffed. He took great careof us as we sat at the bar. I don't remember his name but kudo's to him for going above and beyond to take care of us and thetables Infront of the bar. People were just sitting outside waiting in the sweltering heat instead of being seated andexplaining what was going on. Read more
Our server was lovely, even though it was her first day. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and the queso was solid cold. We... waited for our food, just for our steak to come well over cooked. We decided to ask for a remake. I?m guessing our remake wasrushed because the second steak came out RAW. Ice cold and raw. When we asked to speak to the manager, he came to our table anddidn?t even try to hear what we had to say. He stared at us as if we were stupid and then took the plate and walked away. Noapology, nothing. The customer service for someone who is apparently the manager is absolutely disgusting. I couldn?t justifyspending 25 dollars on a steak that wasn?t cooked how it was ordered. This is by far the worst experience we?ve ever had at anyrestaurant ever.
