Okay. I ordered cookies because they don't have them ready when you just go to the store. I was even 8 minutes later than the... pickup time given. I still had to wait 20 minutes for the cookies. Read more
We had a very good encounter here. Gwendolyn I believe her name is, is a fantastic server. Great attitude and very friendly, she... knew her stuff and asked all the right questions. I think that's her name, she's African American, young and beautiful withlots of service knowledge of subway. She should be mgr. She spoke when we came in and although there was a line. This store insisted on charging me the price of a premium drink for a cup of ice water. Employees do a sloppy job of making... sandwiches compared to other local franchises. Also they were just a little rude. There are lots of other locations in theHammond area that offer far better service. Don't choose this one if your looking for top notch service. Read more
Omg!! That's how I am going to start this review. I met the most awesome 3 people at this location ???? I've had a bad ... Experience at several other Subway stores in the area but this one went above and beyond and they were super friendly and nice!And they're hiring if you need a job!!! I was introduced by name to all 3 people but, I was so excited about the service Iforgot all three!!!! Go to this subway if you want extremely fast, accurate, and friendly service!!!! Read more
