Went there for the 1st time for my sister's birthday Sat. because reviews were great. NOT TRUE. Food was ONLY JUST OKAY. My... sister's med. rare filet was a charcoal brickette. Waitress was not knowledgeable about menu. Kids came in off the street tosell m&m's while we ate. Other patrons were in ratty shorts, tee shirts and backwards hats. This should not be considered FINEDINING. It was comparable to Ruby Tues. , Applebees or Roadhouse but 4X more EXPENSIVE. Read more

Very disappointed. I went there New Years Eve 2021 and it was excellent. I love Ruths Chris and I felt the steaks were that... quality so I brought back more people to try it this time. This time, everything was off and making it worse, when I asked forthe manager to politely let them know, all she did was say she was sorry the food wasn't to "my standard". Her husband worksvery hard back there and they are short-staffed. The steak was edible but for the price, it should have been better. The creamedspinach was so runny I left almost all of it. The stuffed mushrooms were not impressive and the crab cakes had almost no saucewhich makes the dish. The most upsetting thing was the manager though. She did nothing to make it right. Instead of justifying,a good manager finds a way to make it right. I will not be going back. Read more

By far the best steak you?re going to find in the Hammond area. Disregard the reviews saying the steak was just ok. I have eaten... at all the best restaurants around here Baton Rouge, and New Orleans and you?re not going to beat this place. Service is alwayson spot and all the food is excellent! Read more
I love the food here. I would give this place a 5 star if it weren?t for the awful look of the place. It looks dark and dated... (which I don?t understand because it?s a newer restaurant). When I go in there, I feel like I?ve stepped back into the 90?s.Gordon Ramsey would have a field day. I brought my dad here and even he made fun of how bad the interior design is.
