Last time it took forever. Tried again and was worse. Ordered online. Was quoted 16-21 minutes and hour later I was told my... order was still behind three others. Asked to cancel and be refunded, was told I had to cancel online. The website says to callthe restaurant to cancel. Was told I was wrong again and had to go through the website.
