Well I must commend the staff for their excellent customer service!! I ordered, over the phone the (2) 2 piece fish and chip... special $21.99 ( a fantastic deal). With this great deal it?s understandable that they were sold out of the product made forthat day, however, they were quick to assure me they would have my order ready within a half hour! Not a problem, when they arehonest about the time and apologetic about the wait! When I arrived, 20 minutes later, the staff were extremely friendly, andthe food was ready within 5 minutes of walking in the door!! When it comes to fish n' chips in Nova Scotia competition is fierce! Everyone claims they have the best but who truly wears the... crown? After spending a few days around NS and several hundreds of dollars on lobster rolls, I cast my vote for "Acadian Fish &Chips"! On top of serving amazingly delicious lobster rolls alongside golden brown fish n' chips, they provided the best dollarvalue for portion size which was pretty big! and they weren't stingy with the tartar sauce! I've tried the fish and chips a few times hoping it would be on par with other reviews but it's consistently under cooked or... over battered leaving a mushy undesirable layer between the fish and outside. We showed up 10 minutes before they closed. This was our first visit . Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing... . Fish was light and crispy not super greasy and heavy . Lobster roll was loaded with lobster tasted nice and fresh veryimpressed. We Highly recommend . Read more

Great place to eat after spending time at Splashifax. It's just up the road from the Hatfield farm. The food there was amazing.... Ordered the Family Pack fish & chips, and there's enough left for me, and my girlfriend for lunch tomorrow. Comes with 8 bigpieces of fish, and probably 2 pounds of fries along with lots of tartar sauce, coleslaw, and ketchup for about $40 bucks. We'llbe stopping in there again the next time we're in that area for sure. The wait wasn't long for our food, and the fish is done inan English pub style beer batter.
