Great night out with my wife and another couple. We learned some cooking and drank some wine (which we brought). Great... alternative to the normal dinner out. Chef Lou is a fun and entertaining person. It is true that you don?t actually cook a lotof the food yourself but I think asking questions as it?s prepared allows you to get the most out of it, rather than beingdistracted by what the next step is in the meal prep. Each class has its own theme, but all encourage eating delicious, wholesome, healthy dishes. Kitchen 19 also hascertain nights of the week when they offer entrees and side dishes for pick up, which is an extremely convenient way for workingindividuals to provide a restaurant-quality dinner for their family during the week. K19 also has a catering menu for holidaysand special events that makes my mouth water every time I read through their offerings. Love everything about Kitchen19! We have enjoyed their wonderful classes for children a few times. I especially enjoyed the... gingerbread making class!
