Overcharged. When called manager / owner very nasty. The fact that UNNAMED "OWNER" thinks that it is ridiculous to call about an... overcharge is a sad commentary to honest customer service. Why would I ever go back. Good customer service would have been tocomp a portion of the order , not to offer less than the full amount of the overcharge "on your next order". Read more

Ordered 4:27pm. ETA for delivery 5:20-5:30pm. Called restaurant at 5:40pm to inquire about food. Got hung up on. Called back and... was greeted by ?we aren?t taking orders now!? I said that?s great but inquiring about the order status. Order finally deliveredat 5:50pm. Chicken parm supposed to have sauce on side. Nope. Loaded in sauce. Tortellini swimming in watery sauce. Stopped by to grab a slice with my friend after a night of thrifting. I gotta say: Outstanding sauce! The dough was just right... and full of flavor.
