Every weekend my son and I take turns treating each other to our morning beverages. Every single time my son buys my chai at... this Wawa location it tastes like coffee. Not just a little like coffee but like coffee is the main ingredient. I drink chaitea because I am the weirdo who can't stand the taste of coffee so I end up with an undrinkable chai tea and literally pour ourmoney down the drain. Every other Wawa we frequent in NJ and Pennsylvania seems to know how to make chai but this store'sbeverage person seems completely incompetent! I have had to throw away at least a dozen chai teas in just the last few monthsand have finally convinced my son to stop going to this location! Read more

Went in last night (technically this morning) around 1am while on my way home from visiting family. I had a few scratch off... lottery tickets that I wanted to cash in. Well Wawa has a policy that they don't cash in lottery tickets between midnight and6am, so I couldn't cash them in- but I'm not upset about that because I understand that Wawa has their policies that theemployees have to follow. What I'm upset about is how to associate acted towards me. He was an older gentleman and immediatelybegan to give me an attitude as soon as he saw the lottery tickets. He told me I couldn't cash them in because of the time and Iwas confused because I didn't know about the policy they had, and I had gone to a different Wawa (right down the road) about amonth ago and cashed in lottery tickets and it was after midnight. Since I was confused, I mentioned to the associate that I wasable to cash lottery tickets in before after midnight and he cut me off and raised his voice at me and shouted "Not here youdidn't!" If he would have let me finish my sentence, he would have known that it was at a different Wawa location. After heraised his voice he just turned around and started to walk away from me. Trying to be polite I just thanked him and said "Have agood night" and he responded with a mumbled sarcastic "yeah" or something. To be very clear: I'm not upset that I couldn't cashin my lottery tickets, I'm upset that Wawa would allow one of their employees to act that way towards customers. The associateseemed absolutely miserable and was completely disrespectful. To make matters worse I think he was the night manager orsupervisor, so that means he's spreading his negative energy to all of the other associates as well. I'm hoping he was justhaving a bad night and that he isn't always like that. Read more
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Spent $1.50 on EXTRA Mayo and you know what I got??? You know what I got??? BARELY ANY MAYO. Absolutely... terrible. Workers need to learn how to follow DIRECTIONS. New staff is needed and retraining is also needed. DISGUSTED!! Willnot be going back. Have a blessed day. Read more
I generally only write reviews when I feel as though people should be recognized. When I walked in I noticed the assistant store... manager acting very cocky and nasty towards a customer. The customer was actually very nice and polite. The AM over talked over her and had a very dominant personality. I actually felt sorry for the customer, I?m sure she was embarrassed. After thecustomer left I watched her chatting with another cashier about another employee. Extremely unprofessional to be doing this infront of customers. The cashier with brown and purple in her hair was extremely nice to every customer as she rang up theirpurchases, even those that didn?t speak English. People like this are the ones that should be the store managers. Just anobservation I noticed while awaiting my hoagie... give another Deserving employee that position. If it was my store I would havefired her on the spot. Read more
