Ridiculously slow drive through. Currently been waiting for 15 minutes...there is only 2 cars ahead of me. One employee in... particular is ridiculously slow and refuses to actually lean out of the window to give you your order. ***Edit*** Stillhorrible. Not much more to say other than they are SLOW. This location has really gone down hill. The past two weeks it has been a 20min wait for a coffee and donut. There were only... 2 cars ahead of me and I had to wait 20min.... I use to visit this location every day but not anymore. Read more

I was very disappointed as I have been to this location and others in the past. I ordered a coffee with Stevia and it was half... cream and half coffee. I did call back and ask the question if cream comes automatically with coffee and was told yes when weput sugar in it if you do not want cream you need to order it black ????I have never heard that before. I asked for a variety ofa dozen munchkins and received all glazed. I know these two things seem very Petty but I don't treat myself to coffee and donutsoften and when I do I would hope that my order would be correct. Read more

i had came here and ordered a peach reshresher made with green tea and the manager handed me a white beverage which i knew was... incorrect so i politely corrected her and told her that i had actually ordered my drink with green tea... she proceeded to yellat me and tell me "it is try it..????" and i told her that i have a milk allergy and if i find out there's milk in it i will beextremely upset... she proceeded to tell me it was the drink i ordered even though i knew it wasn't because i come here everyday to order the same drink... i pulled around and parked in the parking lot to call my friend to tell her about this encounterand i had a very nice worker come up to my window and knock on it and gave me the right drink and apologized for the managersbehavior... i believe her name was morgan, very nice girl?? Staff is not great, seems to not understand customer service. But that's most likely management's fault. They don't know what... they are doing. How does a coffee place run out of coffee. Can someone fix that location? Also who was the genius that came upwith where the drive thru is located? They should get fired. The only positive of that store is location. But it's terrible. I waited in the drive thru this morning for over 10 minutes and the line didn't even move. Though I wasn't in a time crunch, on... weekday mornings when I am, this time is not acceptable! I must say, this isn?t anything against the hardworking employees, butthe lack of management adequately staffing their restaurant. Update 2/1/19: It gotten worse with longer car lines, messy trashin the food prep area and donuts not even being placed in their display! Read more
