I called in my order for a 14" Bella Supreme pizza from the menu I had at home. The listed price was $14.99. When I arrived to... pick up my pizza, I was told I owed $18.01. I opened a menu that was on their counter showing the guy that the price listed wasindeed $14.99 and that I owed only $15.89. His reply was that the menu was wrong and he insisted on charging me two dollars morethan the menu listed price. This was a blatant ripoff. Even if the price had gone up an exhorbitant nearly 15%, it's not myfault that the menu price was in error. A reputable business would have absorbed that $2.12 difference, rather than alienate agood customer. I won't be going back any time soon. Read more
