I understand I have a big family of 6 and a big order so I'm patient bc it is alot but honestly for the last 4 times I've good... in the last 6 months they ask any sauce or they don't but I always ask for some and every time I never get it the kids food iswrong I've gotten adult size drinks for my then 2 year old which not complaining bc then mommy gets more that way but poorlittle girl can't hold a huge drink like that with out spilling and always the ice cream machine is broken so no mcflurries butdo you want a milkshake how is that possible. Ordered a mcRib meals. They were cold not enough bq sauce on it. Almost dried up. Cold fries. Drinks were filled half way. And... hardly no ice. Come on now!! How can yoy mess that up. Oh wait you'll did! Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. It would take too long to explain what was so horribly wrong, which was absolutely... everything. You would think at least the order would be correct when using the McDonalds app to order and then picking up thefood. Wrong. Sadly when I called to complain they couldn?t understand English. The store manager Christian Killman was very helpful because the board where you order wouldn't let me change my order and he... came over and helped us and then personally brought us our food to make sure it was what we wanted ???? That's a manager whotakes pride in his work. Read more
Mcdonald's was very nice. I particularly like 1 young staff member that works the front . He is so friendly & very helpful also... makes you feel very welcome . I believe if resturaunts had more employees such as this young man. You would have even morecustomers than you already have. Read more
This place sucks now! So I drive by everyday on my way to work and I've been noticing the drive thru line getting worse and... worse. I know this isn't a good sign. But I like pain, I guess. So I stopped by today for breakfast. I ordered a Steak, Egg, andCheese bagel. No onions. Very simple. $5.99 A 3 year old could understand what I wanted. Well...even if you can't read or write,anyone can look at the sandwich building diagram the employees have and know that a Steak Egg and cheese bagel has egg on it.Rip me off.
