Taco bells are pretty much the same wherever you go, with maybe a slight variance in the staff. The staff at this one were very... helpful and attention. We really liked how they brought back the Mexican pizza - both my wife and I not one, plus a few tacos.As long as this is the kind of fair you want, this is a great place to go to. Terrible place. Extremely miniature portions that do not match displayed portions or equate what is paid for in any manner. This... was consistent in all the 12 ordered tacos, not only one or two. The tacos ordered were to have chicken, lettuce, cheese,tomato, and sour cream and yet the tacos were somehow either only halfway or two thirds of the way filled. Why is this place still open? The service is awful. The food looks like it?s literally thrown together from across a room. For... some reason they can?t understand what ?supreme? means. My taco supremes never have sour cream or tomatoes. My first job was aTaco Bell so I always try to give them a chance but this place is an absolute nightmare. Read more
A KFC/Taco Bell hybrid restaurant that fails, at least, the Taco Bell part. Ordered a simple $5 combo box, asked specifically... for the hard-shell taco to be a soft-shell instead, requested my 5-layer burrito as well as my chipotle chicken burrito to begrilled. After waiting well over 10 minutes for my food, was approached and asked if I was ok with getting nachos and cheese,instead of cinnamon twists because they were out...barely 1:20pm and they were already out of ingredients. Finally got my food,there were like 3 sad nacho chips in my bag, a hard-shell taco and the most cold, stale (UNgrilled) burritos. If it wasn't overthe fact that the staff was friendly, albeit slow, and the restaurant was clean--with the fruit punch actually tasting good andnot watered-down; I would just rate it 1-star. The lady in the drive thru greeted me by telling me I had to pay an exact change. I tried to order 3 different things off of the... menu that was right in front of me and apparently all 3 things are discontinued. Why would you have something on the menu thatyou couldn't order? Read more
Just left there and the food is cold. It?s like all of my food was pre-made sitting around before they gave it to me. There was... also this disgusting crusty old refried beans and beef (non of which belongs in my burrito). Maybe I will try them again inanother year. This place is disgusting. Service is awful and thats the best part. My order is always and I mean ALWAYS missing something. My... burrito literally had old crunchy cheese in it tonight. This place has got to be a health code violation. With all thesenegative reviews how has nothing been done. I'm done with this place for good.
