Never in my life have I sat at a drive thru window this long. I was told my total 3 different times as if the girl at the window... had amnesia. Then I was asked twice what I ordered. Then wasn't even handed the correct food. So I walked inside and saw theshitshow that was taking place with 4 clearly poor attitudes on each of the employees making the food (one of which I know andhas no business making food for anyone) then when I finally get my correct order which was a #10 with chili cheese fries itwasnt even edible. Freshest of the fast food options and offers military discount. Always a great deal and better food compared to McD or BK

We use to love Wendy?s and lately it has gone completely down hill! The past 3 times we have got food from there something has... been wrong or terrible. The first two times we got baconator fries and it looks like they took the fries out of the grease andput it in the container very gross! Ended up throwing out. The second time the same thing happened. And today we got food I gotthe pretzel pub chicken sandwich at the window they told me they were out of the pretzel bun and asked if I would want a regularbun I said that was fine . Got home and it was just a chicken sandwich with Mayo not what I paid for or got! If I wanted aregular chicken sandwich I would have got that no I paid more money to get what I wanted and didn?t even come close. Theyseriously need to do some training. Wait 20 mins in drive thru line after ordering, didn't have correct food at window(handed me a salad bag, which didn't order),... gave me two combo bags which when got home, sandwiches were not what I ordered. Had to ask at window for drinks and frosties,and for carrier. Employees scrambling around, with poor attitudes towards each other. Simply unacceptable! Read more
Always love this Wendy's. And the spicy chicken sandwich was on point as usual. But I have to say the fries wasn't what good and... hot this time around. Cold batch! That is surprising too. Specially after going inside for pickup. Hopefully that will changeand go back to the great fries I'm custom from there. Read more
I drive through Hampstead around breakfast time and usually stop at McDonalds because I'm never happy with the quality or value... I get from Wendy's breakfast. I tried it again last week and once again, the coffee and potato side were not hot and thebreakfast sandwich was so so. I writing this so maybe someone who cares can make some changes. Read more
