I find myself repeating my order a lot at the window a lot, but once it's made its always good.
went here today received my order perfectly fine but was not given my receipt, it was so awkward I waited a good 5 min at the... window watching them talk and all completely oblivious that I was still there lol. I even waved at a man working in there and hewaved back. So the lady finally opened the window and I asked for my receipt I got it. They have a sticker on their window thatsays if you do not receive your receipt with your order then they will refund your total purchase so I asked about that, nopeshe acted like she didn't even have a clue about this and shrugged. Asked for 2 coffees, a bagel and sandwich. Nothing crazy and as I pull up to the window a young woman repeats our order and... proceeds to give us the wrong order. We paid for what we ordered and then we?re charged again for our food. We also never goteither receipts. Read more
