I had a very delicious burrito from here and found the portions to be quite generous! Will be back! ????????
It was hard to decide but I settled on a naked Hawaiian burrito. The only thing that disappointed was all the different sauces... on poster by the menu. All they had was regular red salsa and salsa verde. I got my tortilla on the side. The girl asked howmany I got, I told her 1. It was folded into a fan shape. It was put in foil for the trip home. She actually tore open the foiland leafed through the layers with her fingers to make sure I wasn't lying. Then tossed it in the bag. Not rewrapping it. Ididnt eat it. It was disgusting. I will NOT sell my integrity for ANYTHING let alone a flipping flour tortilla. Not impressedwith help not even considering how rude and unprofessional that was. Read more
The people here work so hard & Dom is the coolest. He works so fast & takes care to change his gloves between every order, which... realistically, when you are super busy, that?s an easy thing to forget. He?s laser focused but still takes the time to answeryour questions & be super nice. The food is soooo good. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was not good and I have no clue how they have such high ratings. I went here for... lunch? was very hungry and was looking forward to trying because I had heard such good reviews. When I got to this location, itwas mostly empty (around noon - lunch time). I now under why it wasn?t busy. I ordered an aloha bowl with cod. The flavorswere really off and nothing tasted good. The flavors just didn?t go well together. The rice and beans were undercooked and hard.The cod was a fried piece of fish that was mostly breading and tasted of old oil and was over fried. Even after I removed thecod and only the other ingredients were left, it still tasted gross. I couldn?t even finish half of it and tossed it in thetrash. I am not someone who likes to waste food but I had no problem throwing this away. I will not be going back and do notrecommend this place. Read more
Don't be intimidated if you walk in and there's a big line. It's worth the wait. And the line goes down quickly. They are used... to large crowds and can get you through the line fast. There are tons of great options from a burrito, bowl, salads orquesadillas. Each plate comes with chips and you can choose your salsa. You can taste the fresh ingredients which really makesthis place and easy choice for lunch or dinner. Read more
Once again the Burrito Shak was awesome! My husband and I have eaten here several times, and it never disappoints! I just wish... we had a Burrito Shak in Jacksonville. We would eat at it all the time! The food is always good and fresh, and the staff arealways friendly and nice and always willing to help if you have any questions about the menu. I had the Rincon Bowl. I woulddefinitely recommend the Burrito Shak, and will be stopping by when we are heading to Wilmington! Read more
Excellent customer service. I have a dairy allergy and made a mistake when ordering. Not only did they make me a new salad, but... they also refused to let me pay for the remake. So often restaurants make you feel like a nuisance when you need accommodations,but they went out of their way to take care of me. I?ll be back! Read more
