This is the worst Subway that we?ve ever been to. Crispy Chicken filets cut in half. An extra three dollar charge to actually... get the sandwich advertised. Slimy brown lettuce. Young man who served us agreed that it was gross and but he was only doingwhat he was told to do and we could come back at three to complain to the owner. Don?t think we will bother. It most likely fallupon deaf ears. So many delicious options on Monkland. No need to even think about this Subway! Read more

Went there last night for the first time. The rudest employee i?ve ever encountered. I was there just to buy a dozen cookies.Was... also rude to The customer before me and was rude to begin with when it was my turn. He did not want to sell me all macadamiacookies saying he cannot do that because there wasn?t anymore left. And told me to go somewhere else in a very inappropriateway. There were many mind you, as i?ve seen them in the cookie stall. I?m pretty sure this is the same employee the otherreviews are talking about. Get that employee out of there. Very rude employees. Came in to pick up an Uber delivery order. And the only employee there yelled that it wasn't ready. This... was on Friday October 9 at about 7:45 pm. I asked her name but she just remained silent, muttering insults under her breath. Ilost my temper and yelled on my way out. However later, I came back to the store to apologize for yelling, even though shes theone who should be apologizing. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day or something. After saying sorry I was expectingher to do the same, but she just stared at me and told me rudely to leave her store. This girl obviously hates her job. "Back in 15min". We waited for 1 hour outside an empty restaurant with no employee in it. We were freezing outside at 10 pm, Nov... 29, 2019. Even tried calling the place. An irresponsible employee on this shift. I saw a bearded crew when I was driving away.Must've woke him up by all our tapping and missed calls. Avoid at all costs. Read more
