I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give a zero. The order was incomplete(missing items $40 worth), pizza was cold due to... waiting for a DoorDasher to pick up ( no drivers), website is not in alignment with store deliver services, anfd unprofessional& disrespectful.... overall the customer service and the people of Atlanta are rude and unprofessional. The pizza was great tasted, our wings as the mild flavor wasn't spicy not enough it tasted like regular wings instead. But my... overall experience was great with the delivery person his courtesy and mannerisms was awesome. Read more
Never again I ordered a pizza, non contact delivery. 3 hours went by I called she said it was on the way. Hours later I call... the lady that answered at the pizza hut said oh your pizza hasn?t been picked up??????????? I told her it was supposed too bedelivered not picked up. I canceled the order. This was my first time going to this location and I will not be back. When i got there to pick my food up, they only had 8 of... the 16 piece boneless wings ready. I had to wait for them to drop the other 8 and cook. My pizza was wrong when I finally gotthe complete order. The manager saw me walking back in the store and asked what?s wrong. I told her my pizza was wrong. She saidit was because the person making it is new. They clearly need better training. The manager didn?t remake my pizza until 10-15minutes later and I had to wait an additional 7 minutes after they slowly remade it. Ordered @8:48pm, got there at 9pm anddidn?t leave til almost 10pm. Will not be back unless they get much better management and employees that care. Spent $51 for sadand pitiful service. Read more
The pizza was cold, dry, burnt and overcooked. The sausage was dry and overcooked. The boneless chicken was hard and inedible.... It seems like they sent a pizza that had been siiting awhile or it was reheated. It definitely was not freshly made. Managementis very poor to let something that bad go out the door. To top it off when I called to complain the manager didn't evenapologize. All around horrible food and service!!! They just send anything out the door. Another business that is extremely understaffed but getting through it. Pizza is always fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff is... always as helpful as possible considering everyone in there is doing multiple jobs for multiple positions and I am sure theyaren't getting multiple salaries like they should be. Definitely do their job well enough to get a 5 star. Thank you. Read more
I ordered the pizza deals. This food was good and hot and tasty. I had the edge pizza, a large pizza w/3 toppings and boneless... bbq wings, a pepsi, chcken alfredo and cheese bread. Everything was cooked just right. Delicious! Read more
Pizza is always cold. If you order light sauce you will get like no sauce at all but if you get regular sauce it comes as extra... sauce. hardly any cheese is put on the pizzas. Staff is rude. They pick up the phone without saying anything put you on holdthen hang up on you. Nothing like they used to be....it used to be good. $46 for some cold burnt saucey cheese lesspizza....delivered after 2 hours... Read more
