I was just passing through and staying nearby at fisherman?s corners campground. I stopped by for a takeout meal which was the... special pork chop sandwich. I had several choices for a side and chose the onion rings. I must say as bar food goes, this was anexcellent selection and one of the best pork chop sandwiches I?ve ever had. This paired with a newly tapped blackberry cider wasa real treat for a Monday night. I recommend this for anyone who?s in the area. The only good thing about this place is the appetizers. The server was nice but service was awfully slow. Sat for an hour and a... half with just our appetizers and we only ordered chicken tenders, a hot sandwich and soup. An hour and a half later when we gotour food it was freezing cold. Sent it back and the same plates come out piping hot probably from being microwaved. If you likeover priced freezer meals this is your place! Read more

I really loved the atmosphere here! Be sure to check out this family friendly bar/restaurant! If I am ever back in town I will... definitely stop. My only problem was that we were traveling and couldn't have a few beers. Enjoyed the accompanying staff andthis is one of the better run establishments I have been in a long time. Very nice place. Service was prompt. I had a wonderful milk stout called peanut butter in my chocolate. Found out today it was a... limited release might have to go back and pay them another visit. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. Waitstaff was very attentive. I had a breaded tenderloin with a side of onion rings. I had... to take that home since I ordered their amazing appetizers. A basket full of a little of everything. Highly recommend stoppinghere to eat. They have a banquet room, front desk, full on bar and pool tables as well. If you run low on cash there is an ATMto use as well. Decor is wildlife. You get the country feeling but yet still close to town. The food was good (burger and onion rings), but I feel like I had to wait a long time for someone to ask whether I was ready for... another beer.
