Everytime ive gone here I usually but food or have pizza delivered and I dont know why I keep going back considering ive been... served rotten cheese sticks rotten popcorn chicken and burnt to a charcoal black pizza the staff hate when I complain about therotten or burnt food but its just not good for business to let food out of the kitchen like that! I am just at the point ofnever eating at this Casey's or ever returning to this store again because of this issue that has happened one too many times sotake my warning when I say maje sure your food isnt spoiled abd/or burnt! Pickup pizza, got it home and wasn't what we ordered Called them, acted very snobbish and said they would make another one, but... to bring the wrong one back and another 30min wait. Will not be ordering there again. Read more
October 18 I called to order a pizza at 5:09 pm. I was told it would be one hour for the pizza. I told them I figured it would... be an hour that is why I was calling so I could pick it up around 6ish. He took my order when I was done taking to him he saidwell give me a little bit longer then an hour. I got done with my errands and got there at 5:55 pm. Knowing I will probablyhave to wait about 15 min. I went inside to at least pay for my order. Once I paid I was told it would be a longer wait that Iam looking at an other 30 to 60 mins. I was shocked. They told me that I was told it would be longer then an hour at the endof the call. I said yes I expected maybe 5-10 min longer not no 90-120 min wait. They havant even started to make my order atthat point. I told them to forget it I want my money back. I went home and got my family and we went to Godfathers in townand had our order, ate and was out of the restaurant all by 7pm which was the time I would have gotten my pizza from Caseys. Oh and Godfathers was busy as well and still got the food out in a timely manner. We will never go back there again cause thiswas the 2nd time Caseys pulled this on us. We got the same excuse both time that there are only two of them working and thephone keeps ringing and they can't make the pizza, answer the phone and deliver the pizza all at the same time.
