Mixed up the order twice in a row, I get that the fast paced environment serving food is difficult for some people. It's the... franchise owners responsibility to ensure that there are less mistakes in orders though, something as simple as an order screenin the Drive-Thru, and maybe some fulfilment slips or a very clear colour coded screen for the staff to make sure orders gotogether correctly. Coffee is great, staff is hit and miss. And when their miss their miserable. Also I know they cater to DT but 1 person on cash... without help and 8 people in line is sllloooow. Aren't walk in custers just as important as DT customers? Read more
I really wish this place was managed better in terms of service times. Line ups often go right out to the road and even if you... are the only one waiting inside the store, they will prioritize drive-thru customers. They always seem under staffed and I canjust imagine the servers are run ragged during busy times. I used to stop here every day on the way to work with little issuebut I would rather take the highway to Quispam now. Read more
