I wish I could give 3 stars. The manager on duty at 3pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband and I waited 27 minutes... total after the drive thru employee parked us to wait for our order. The manager offered no resolution other than a simple"sorry". So I called to offer advise (I work with the public daily), I guess he didn't care about my concerns or suggestions andsaid to "MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO COOK " then hung up on me! Read more

This McDonalds restaurant is extremely frustrating. I have 3 kids and usually need something quick when I don't have time to... cook. I use the app religiously as it should be quicker and easier. I order through the app, pay through the app, and then go tothe restaurant. At first, I used to park in a curbside space and check in and it would take 15-20 minutes to get my food. Afterdoing this several times, my 5 year old started throwing a fit everytime I would do the curbside pickup because it took WAY toolong. So I started going through the drive through after ordering through the app. It still takes 15-20 minutes every singletime, and they still have me park in a curbside space. In addition to this frustrating experience, the last two times I havegone, the employees have been unbelievably rude I don't understand what the issue is considering that I now complete 40% of thejob of a McDonald's employee. I complete the order, and the payment; they are responsible for making the food, bagging it, andgiving it to me. I am sure the response would point to staffing issues, but again, I have taken on some of the employeesworkload. If it's a staffing issue, they may need to reevaluate their roles and responsibilities for the employees they have onstaff. Regardless of reevaluating their roles and responsibilities, being rude is never acceptable. Especially since I havesignificantly reduced the time to interact with an employee. Read more

this location is terrible. even worse, customer service shrugs you off when you let them know. avoid at all costs unless you... want to waste your money on the worst mcdonald's you'll ever eat. Read more

I've tried this McDonald's twice. First time there was only 1-2 people inside and the drive thru seemed slow. Waited almost 20... minutes for in dining. Just 2 kids meals and a big Mac. Second time, I did mobile ordering. I pulled thru the drive thru and wasasked to pull in reserve parking. 13 minutes later my food came out. 3 kids meals and a big Mac. The kids meals were orderedslightly special due to dietary issues for my kids, nothing super special 1 no ketchup another 1 no pickles and 1 with extras.Every single one was wrong. Like not even close. Simple quality control could have prevented this. For as busy as this place isyou would think they would have it a bit more together. Read more

Got 4 coffees, they were made correctly. Bathrooms were clean.. but when you go in to order, it takes so long.. I understand why... but it still sticks. And this happens at every McDonald's so.. Read more

Honestly, I went here about 10 minutes before close and I was fully expecting the workers to be a little annoyed with a late... order (rightfully so, in my mind). However, when I got there I was greeted with enthusiasm from the beginning, and the duo thatgreeted me at the second window were so kind. They made my night. It was a surprisingly great experience, and the food was freshtoo, which was a huge bonus on my end. Thank you! Read more
