I am giving this Hardee's at 1005 Elm Street West Hampton, South Carolina 5 stars because on this evening when my mom, sister... and I stopped at the restaurant the work ethic and abilities of Rosena and Lance are to be commended. The drive thru was busyand Rosena was working both the drive thru and the front register. Lance was the only cook in the kitchen, and I was veryappreciative that he was preparing the food with plastic gloves. To see two people holding down a restaurant around dinner timeis to be commended. However, as business owners the focus should be placed on incentives to get workers who honestly want towork, and will show up so that the two STAR workers do not have to carry the load of doing everything. My husband & I love hardees, but the past few years we quit going due to food & service went down so bad. We live in Ga, but we... were out ridin' motorcycle & came up on this Hardees, so decided to try it. It was the Hardees we been missing. The service wasgreat & the food was Awesome. If all Hardees were like this one, I would go to Hardee's all the time. These were the most efficient, kinetic, on target ... motivated fast food workers I have ever seen. Those ladies were on the ball. They got your food. They got it right. And theygot it fast. And you could tell that they were handling every single customer with that same focus. Wow! What an on targetfast-food restaurant crew. ???? I was impressed! And yes it was good. I ate inside but it appeared they handled drive throughcustomers, with the same efficiency. Read more
All Hardee's need to improve . Always have to wait on your order regardless what it is. The people that works at Hardee's... doesn't care at all . They play to much. The owners need to visit under cover to see how we are treated. If you need aplace to visit, just let me know. Read more
Ordered French toast, the lady barked at me they where out of that. So I kindly asked what else she was out of, so I would know.... She got a attitude and replied ?NOTHING?. So I placed my order, she didn?t tell me the total. So I assumed she would when I gotto the window to pay. When I got to the window she rolled her eyes at me and put her hand out. Snatched my card closed herwindow without saying a word. Gave me my order and card back and closed the window again. I sat politely and waited. She cameback and said what?! I responded Can I have my receipt? She closed her window and left?. Literally left. So another lady came tothe window, I asked her how much my order was cause the lady who took it didn?t say it. And she also got a attitude told metheir receipt machine was out and closed the window again. Horrible experience, fire the whole crew but the cooks. Simply put the rudest group of employees I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant! Wasn't given time to place my order then... when pulling up to the window, the cashier opens the window, without acknowledging me and just blurts out my total. So rude! Iwill NEVER visit that Hardee's again. Read more
Love Hardee's..Hardee's is the first fast food restaurant I visited as a child. Glad it's still around. Great food.
