I only give this place two stars, because on one visit a while back, everything was excellent. Unfortunately that is not the... norm with this establishment. The employees are rude, incompetent, and lazy. I think my most recent visit is going to have tobecome my last. After many years of experiencing such poor customer service and subpar food, reporting it to corporate, andseeing no changes, it has become clear that the owner of this establishment is not overly concerned with quality of the productor the service - at least not at this location. Half cooked chicken! Half cooked chicken! Just closed that place down already...
Worst experience I have ever had with fast food. Took 20 minutes to take our order at drive through. Got our order completely... wrong. Went inside to get what we actually ordered and only 2 employees with the inside overflowing with garbage in cans andbehind counter absolutely filthy. Female behind counter rude, wouldn't even hand us spoon because we were white. Gave it tothe manager to give to us as we clearly inconveniencing her. Read more

It's Supper time 7:10pm, why is it there won't be ANY chicken cooked and won't be for 16 minutes? And why is it my friends wife... came up here on July 3rd and was told the same thing? Can we report this to KFC headquarters somehow? Read more
I have given this place way too many tries every time I go there I have to pull around and I'll wait an extra 10 minutes but... even after you have to wait that extra 10 minutes they still get your order wrong and don't give you everything you ordered orjust blatantly don't care when you tell them that they forgot something on your order. We usually go the drive thru, so atmosphere is not applicable for us.
