Was in store for at least 20 minutes I ordered 3 sandwiches they gave me the 3 that sat in the so called warmer from when I... walked in, service was slow and unorganized. 3 sandwiches pre-made and cold ???? oh and cold fries that sat on corner.Understand there was people in front of me 2 to be exact but for 20 minutes the sandwiches could have been fresh and hot. 2stars ???? because they employees are friendly slow but friendly. I know we never take the time to say so anything unless we want to say something bad, but I have had enough. I have been going... to Arby's here in hampton for years.... NOT the first time---- That said, of the last 3 times I've used this drive thru, it isa 10 - 15 minute wait for a cold roast beef sandwich and fries. That is with only 5 cars in line. The food is just terrible. When I pulled up to the window after 10 minutes of inching up to it, I waited 5 minutes only to be asked to pull ahead and theywould bring my order out. As soon as she asked, she said never mind and gave me my order a couple of minutes later. Thinkabout it... 15 minutes of wait to be told the folks behind are more important.. AND had I waited longer,, it still would havelikely been a cold meal. My roast beef was hardly warm and the fries were cool and soggy. Not only gross, but dangerous forhealth. Threw it out and just made a sandwich. Done with arbys.. Look fwd to them closing.. update 8/6/22 All the reviews areessentially relative to the poor standards at this restaurant. AND then read the response from the owner For each review. Exactly the same for each review. FOR MONTHS... With zero effort to improve customer service or the ridiculously poor qualityof their food. The service at this specific location is absolutely unacceptable. They are so painfully slow even with drinks. I LOVE Arby?s,... but I don?t eat it often anymore because this location is just way too slow. Either get more staffing or give them some kind ofincentive to get food out quicker. Read more
Ordered chicken bacon club with curly fries. Fries were hard and cold. Sandwich tasted like chicken warmed in microwave it was... hard and cold. The people working need to stop talking about people and pay attention to customer service and food. You neverknow who is watching!! Read more
Had never been to Arby's but was excited to try the recently added hot wings. Well let's make this short. The wings were cold... and barely sauced. Hard pass!! Also tried the chicken sandwich. It was also cold with not tomato like the picture and wasliterally 2 chicken tender with cold cheese. I tried to put it on my dash to melt the cheese but this was a good as I got. I went to Arby?s today because I just really wanted a roast beef sandwich. The food is good. Not in a healthy way, but in a... super satisfying fatty way. Couple of things though. I?ve been here when they have legit been out of roast beef. Multipletimes. Huh? How is that possible? Since COVID-19, this place has had a very long drive-thru line. So much so, it sometimescauses a traffic problem. Is the line fast? Heck no. You will spend quite some time waiting to order. You?d think they?d be moreefficient now that they aren?t serving food inside. Nope. In fact, the drive-thru line has gotten much, much slower. Here?s thething though, I keep coming back. The food really is good. Just be prepared that things may be sold out and you will wait in along line no matter what time of day you go.
