This store is filled with the most rude and unprofessional managers I have ever seen. I come there in the morning soon getting... breakfast door says they open at 7:30. The manager opens whenever she feels convenient for her. She looked at me waiting at thedoor at 7:45 and continue to do whatever it was she was doing. I went through the drive thru today at 10:03 this morning. The young lady that handed me my food was rude AND the manager who... was standing beside her. It?s TOO EARLY for people to be so rude to customers. My food wasn?t free and I shouldn?t have receivedthe treatment. I am going to complete the survey and reach out to corporate. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! They need to QUIT becausethey didn't want to be at work today. See how they cut the store number off the receipt? I did my research. Read more
I just went through drive through and an older lady was rude as hell. Gave me a wide eyed look when I asked her for salt and... ketchup, thought everything was cool when she gave me my order and I smiled and thanked her but all the while she looked at mewith her wide eyes and pulled off but then she crazily and rudely yelled ?Back up?! Come to find out she gave me the wrong orderso instead of implementing PR skills she yells, no apologies?I couldn?t back up because a car was behind too close behind me soI got out of my car and she aggressively handed me my correct order but with no salt or ketchup packets. This new staff is amazing. It been months since I've been in this location. The bathroom was clean and smelled clean. The staff... was very friendly even though I walked in on a joke that they had amongst themselves. Thumbs up! I Love the atmosphere as I satdown to eat my lunch. Food is always fresh and hot! I?ve gotten both fries and onion rings and they were always crispy and just pulled out the fryer.... Grease always tastes clean never bitter like some fast food chains. Also has friendly staff (I?ve only been through the drivethru). I?ve also gotten their breakfast, and my comments remain the same! Read more
