I really love Chicken Fil-A. Always it?s fantastic the way them get your order and done. Today in my lunch time we get one line... so so so slow and the cars started change line. And finally come another guy to help our line. Until he got 4 cars behind usincluding us the girl still in same car. Off course we got mad at her. I think she have to understand people at lunch time . Wehave time to pick up them sandwich and go back to work. That line it?s not for chat or whatever. When we go back again to getour sandwiches she complain and crying to another costumer about her experience in us complain about her. Usually Chick-fil-A is quick and on top of things. Outside this place was booming but very slow in the kitchen...the staff acted... "new". We went there for the play room but it's been closed for a year they said due to Covid! The one on Victory by the closeddown K-Mart has one that's open. We'll go there. Read more
I always receive the best service from chic-fila until today. After driving home i discovered that they forgot my salad dressing... for both salads. I will start checking from now on. Read more
Busy location, staff make sure long drive through line moves at a good clip. No issues with our order, friendly employees
Don't go here, hardly ever. But they're nuggets are yummy - just not a price point that I'll regularly return to. Drive through... can be confusing, cause they'll have like 3 lines outside w/ people taking orders (which seems to be a better choice if youalready know what your getting/visit often & know how it works).. i dont visit/or know the menu well, so I just said I'll takeyour nugget meal, was around the building and grabbing food out the window within 2 minutes. As always, it was quick, efficient, well run, and excellent food and service. The prices are exactly in line for what you get.... The greatest asset of all of the restaurants in the chain are the employees. I have yet to run into one that was not polite,professional, and courteous. Thank y'all for doing such a great job. I normally have nothing but nice things to say, but today I didn't even eat my meal nor did my son. $25.53 wasted my sandwich... was crunchy and burnt and my fries were on the crunchy side as well and I just can't believe this my food was salty. It tastedlike everything was cooked in the same grease and the grease was old...smh that long wait for nothing. Then you call and they tobusy to listen to you. Read more
