Great place but I wish they had more employees. She told me she was short staffed so they couldn't sing happy birthday to my... son and that was the only reason he picked here. She did bring him a scoop of ice cream which was nice. My hubby food came outmissing items and that took a minute to get it right. Food was good though. Read more
Really really dirty. Should've been the first guess to get out of there. Bathroom doors were stuck to the wall. Our kids mac and... cheese was put into a dirty bowl. Manager took the mac and cheese off the check but it still was really disgusting that ithappened at all. Burgers werent cooked all the way through either. Which apparently was a common issue tonight. Waiter was superrude too. He kept pretending to take things and give them back. His "joking manner" just turned into rudeness as the night wenton. There was no clean up throughout the night and he only came by for refills once. Overall would not come back and definitelydont suggest dining there. Read more
Service needs revamping. No one seemed to know what was going on as far as seating guests go. It wasn't that busy, but they are... very slow to take care of guests walking in the door. Only thing that was appetizing was the Wings appetizer. Cajun pasta wasmissing chicken as requested and wasn't very good. The chicken on the Explosion Salad was very dry like it was microwaved. Weinformed the guy serving us about our experience, but it didn't seem to phase him. Coming from someone who has spent the past 20years in the F&B industry, to be in the service industry, you need to care. No waiting time for a table. Waitress took our orders and sounded happy while doing so (she seemed to like her job). Our order... came really quick. The burger was hot (in temperature), juicy and all the condiments were fresh. She came over several timesto check up on us to see if we needed anything else. Normally I come here and don?t have many issues. I ordered curbside and paid for the skillet queso. Lady brings out my order and... doesn?t say anything she just drops it off. I get home to find they never gave me my skillet queso they just gave me regularqueso. I proceed to call them and they tell me ?yeah we planned on calling you, but we ran out. I?m just the runner? but if youare running out a different product than the food that was ordered you should say something at pick up. Not just assume someonewants something else. Currently waiting for a refund, very disappointed. I would have just canceled my order, because this wasall I ordered. Read more
The chicken breast looked like someone took half of a half and broke it apart to appear as a whole fillet. No ranch dressing or... hot sauce on the side. Nothing like the Newport News restaurant! Read more
Ordered nachos from Chili's and they separated three different layers of five chips with tin foil plus they put cheese on every... layer so the tin foil is now stuck to every layer of chips it's nachos you don't have to separate them really upset we don'tknow who thought this was a good idea Read more
