Dennys had one waitress on 10/16 at 1am. She had whole restaurant dining area because 4 employees called in. She was awesome, ... patient, sweet, calm for handling that many customers and they had take outs, to the point they had to close the dining roomeven an hr or so later. She waited on everyone with kindness and respect and she was obviously exhausted. The manager on dutywas taking care of kitchen staff, this waitress and ringing customers up with the same kindness and he was truly kind to all hisstaff and cared how they were doing. It was amazing and nice to see. Kudos to whoever owns this place and kudos to thekitchen,waitress, and manager for making lemonade out of lemons. Read more

I wanted to give 0 stars but the 2 came from the manager and the waitress. The kitchen was the problem. I can deal with slowness... but to be slow and still send out orders incorrectly is completely unacceptable. I dont want to go into details but just knowthe kitchen staff needs to either replaced or retrained. Presentation was good but i sent my order back at least twice and itstill came out incorrect each time even the final time I just gave up.......bad thing I didn't even make a special requestbesides extra cheese on a brisket melt. My daughter in I had a wonderful breakfast here this morning. What made it great was our waitress Alexis she was on her game.... She kept checking to make sure we were OK and has such a delightful personality along with a beautiful smile. We want to mentionKaren and LA too. Can't say enough for all the Chef's that were cooking. Also the other associates that were working. They allmade our visit great. Keep up the good work. YOU ALL ROCK. The food was tasty,and plentiful but the overall service was not too good. The general atmosphere of the restaurant was... horrible!! The servers or busing staff was inappropriately dressed. One female had on sagging pants. The restaurant was NOTclean. When you enter the lobby it had a very stale odor. The ladies bathroom was the worse!! It needs to be completely washeddown as the walls around the toilet area and other items in the stall were visibly FILTHY... I'll leave it at that... ???? Read more

I don't expect a fine dining experience when I come to a restaurant like Denny's and that's not what I got but what I did get... was simple breakfast food cooked perfectly. I purchased the $6.99 all you can eat hash browns pancakes and cheesy egg specialnot to get seconds on anything, but it was what I wanted and the price was right. I ordered a second of hash browns and eggs,just to see if my first plate of food was simply fortuitous. The quality of my second plate of hash browns and scrambled eggsmatched the first. Alexis B was my server and she was a fantastic waitress, so kudos to her. I had to ask who the cook was andI'll just say thank you Trey right now! My scrambled eggs came out and were cooked perfectly, no undercooked eggs but notrubbery either, perfectly moist and creamy and melt in your mouth. I don't like my hash browns cooked to the point wherepotatoes get bitter but I do like them crispy and cooked through. They were also incredible. Pancakes were fluffy and goldenbrown. Am I going to tell you this was the most fantastic dining experience I ever had? No. But I will tell you I'd never hadany scrambled eggs ever cooked any better. Your experience may vary but on this morning with Alexis as my server and Trey ascook my experience was pretty perfect. In my 60 plus years I've never sent a tip back to the Cook but I did this morning. Thankyou very much Alexis and Trey. My Birthday was 6/15, I went to have my Birthday breakfast with my son. This was my 1st time going out to eat sense the... Pandemic. It wasn't crowded, so I felt safe. I was told that there was only 1 waitress, so I was patient. After about 15-20minutes she came to our table I told her what my son wanted & said I wanted the Birthday slam. She instructed me that I need areward code. I didn't know that because throughout the years I never needed one. I preceded to look in my rewards and clicked onthe Birthday reward & opened up the code. The code left . couldn't be pulled back up..We never got food..Over an hour later ..myson order never came out..as I walked out the waitress told me I have 30 days to use reward. Never an apology my son was sad iwas disappointed. I told her that she never took my order, I had money and came to eat. The reward code is used at checkout .. Read more

If you like cold food, dirty restrooms, nasty attitudes, then this place is for you. Absolutely trash, so many better options in... this area. Do not waste your time or money. Staff is lazy, sitting around while 15 people waiting for a seat. This is the worstrating I ever gave a restaurant!!!! Read more

We went to late dinner last night. There was only 1 server and 1 cook. The server I think his name was Steve did such an amazing... job even with being under staffed last night. Steve was super nice, he worked so hard last night being the only server. The foodwas amazing and our portions were huge. I was very impressed. Of course we left Steve a huge tip cause he deserved it big time.We will b goin back to this Denny's in the future. Read more
