This pizza at this domino's location is terribly bad. I can't even call it pizza. Waited for over 45 mins for it when I was told... 15-20mins. Manager had horrible attitude. Never am I going back there. Also domino's pizza quality is in a downward spiralespecially the ones in Virginia. This is what they sold to me as pizza. You really can't call this a pizza. Read more
The crews are so hardworking. Messiah and bianca are the best workers in there! Messiah gave me half off my price since I was a... friend of one of the workers that working that time I ordered. It has been a while since I tried Dominos. We ordered two pizzas, a thin crust deluxe and a hand tossed Philly Cheese steak. Our... pizzas were as ordered (we did change some toppings on the delux), in the time they said they would be ready, and nice and hot.The deluxe pizza was very good, cust was nice and crispy and the Philly cheese steak was awesome, and the cheese had a greatflavor. I recently ordered wings from this location and only receiving 7 of my 8. I called to discuss the matter and the manager talked... very unprofessional to me. He accused me of talking down to his employees when they brought my food out. I told him that I wentin to pick it up. He then changed and said that I was rude to the young lady at the counter and the only conversation we had wasme giving her my name and showing her my debit card. Had simply unbelievable service this evening. Not to mention the Spinach & Feta cheesy bread was cooked to absolute perfection.... Anyway, long story short, this is my go to Domino's NOW.!! Dominos is my favorite of all the chain pizza places. When we moved here a yr ago the local store made better pizzas than we... were used to and they showed up lightning fast. The last 3 orders from this particular store showed up over an hour after theorder was placed, not an issue by itself as I understand sometimes it gets busy. The issue is that they put such an emphasis ongetting the pizzas in the oven and baked that the pizzas end up sitting on the counter in the store for 30+ mins, at this pointthey're already cold by the time the driver leaves the store with them let alone by the time you actually sit down and eat (thisis based on my recent experiences and using the tracker to know what stage my order is at). If they coordinated pizzas comingout of the oven with available drivers, customers could have hot fresh pizzas on their tables regardless of how busy the storeis. Update: the pizzas still frequently arrive over and hour after ordered and cold, will be switching pizza chains. Read more
The guy Shawn was pleasant who took my order. When it came it took awhile, I'm assuming they are short on drivers so I didn't... mind the wait. My order was correct except I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra meat an cheese and they barely put meat onit. I called the store an Shawn ensured me he would make it an send out another free of charge. I'm including what my 1stsandwich looked like. I will update my review once I get the new sandwich.
