Haven't had Dunkin Donuts in about 10 years. Thought they would have gotten better. Boy was I wrong. Never again will I go to... another Dunkin Donuts. Donuts are dry and taste like cooked in old grease. After talking to one of the workers, they have atruck bring in donuts instead of making them in house. Lidls donuts are better. Read more

Consistently poor experience. Ordered a box of Joe and it wasn't even half full. Ordered another time and they were out (830am).... How do you run out of coffee? Been there one time and they are out of doughnuts. Another time they were out of eggs forsandwiches. So I ask: if you are out of coffee, doughnuts and sandwiches, what do you serve? Read more

I think we need an updated review, there was a young man working and it seemed he was the only one working. This was 8/14/2022.... I ordered a iced chia latte with brown sugar cold foam on top. I took the drink and came back up to the store. There was zerocolas foam? I?m paying for that and I have none on my drink. And then I taste it and the drink taste like straight concentrate.No milk added it was very very thick, no ice. It was very nasty and usually I?ll drink it anyways but I couldn?t. So I went backfor a refund, the young man acted clueless. Called the ?manager? saying I wanted a refund and he wasn?t able to give me one?every fast food industry I was in we were taught how to do a refund or takes through it. All the other times I?ve come the twodrinks I got always were missing 3 inches of coffee in them and this is ridiculous. They are unprofessional and not worth themoney!!!!! The internet in my apt goes out sometimes if it rains a lot so I went to DD to use their wifi so to update my phone b/c my... browser wasn't working right. I wasn't bothering anyone. Just sitting by the store out of the way. A guy who I assume to be themgr came out and looked at me as if me sitting there was a problem so I nicely asked him if it was. He said "no" and we had a 2or 3 minute dialogue about his new tattoo. He went back in the store. Employees kept coming outside watching me and when one ofthem opened the door, I heard the same guy I spoke to use expletives in referring to me as if it was a problem with me beingthere. I wasn't bothering anyone or anything though. I left to go buy some cigarettes from the 7-11 behind the store and when Icame back, employees were still standing outside eyeing me so I left. I don't appreciate being treated as if I'm trespassing orbothering someone when I wasn't. If they thought I was up to no good their responsibility was to call the authorities... not toengage in harrassment. They acted like I'd been out there for hours or wasn't welcome to be there or was bothering them orcustomers. I used to go there sometimes to buy coffee and doughnuts but after that experience, I'll never go back and Icontacted corporate about their attitude and treatment. Read more

This is supposed to be a toasted plain bagel with EXTRA vegetable cream cheese..? Its not toasted at all, and there?s plain... cream cheese so thin it?s basically transparent. Clearly the people they hire need to go back to kindergarten to learn how toread basic instructions. Don?t waste your money here. Read more

I go here because it is close to my work. I order on the app, so I can be sure my order is correct (before the app this place... NEVER EVER got the order correct). For a while, it worked out well, but a few months ago (actually more like 9) this locationgot a new manager and it is just AWFUL. They are nearly ALWAYS out of bagels (especially Everything). You would think if youregularly run out, you would order more quantity, but no. And once you order a bagel on the app, they refuse to refund so youHAVE to get something else whether you want to or not. Today I ordered on the app from the parking lot and then pulled intoline. I got to the window literally seconds after I hit order. Yet hmm my "toasted bagel" was already ready??? No. Today theysurprisingly actually had the everything bagels, but I ordered it toasted and it wasnt toasted, and when they put cream cheeseon it, they barely skimmed the surface. AND its cold. It's like someone else ordered this not toasted with light cream cheeseand then didn't want it so they saved it for the next order. Ugh. Its so gross. This is literally the worst dunkins locationever. The one up by Denbeigh puts 3 or 4 times this amount of cream cheese, and never forgets to toast the bagel. Just awful. Read more

Okay I pull up to this location at 6:00am. No line. Not busy. I grab a bacon egg cheese croissant and hot chocolate. Taste hot... choc and it?s fine. But than this croissant is nasty. It was cold. Cheese didn?t melt. And it was just sloppy. Service was quickbut I see why. They didn?t take the time to warm up the food. Lazy. Never had problems like this before here at this location. Read more
