The service at this location is total trash. It took nearly 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive-thru to order. Then, I... paid for a beverage and breakfast sandwich after which I was directed to move forward and waited almost 10 minutes to receive myitems. To clarify, no one was in front of me. I understand if there are new employees, but communication is key! Acknowledgesomeone when they pull up! Let them know if the wait may be a little longer due to training. Anything at all to not feel like mytime is wasted for subpar breakfast. Read more

Came in this morning, and was extremely aggravated by the person taking my order through drive through. She explained that she... was the mgr. And there was a issue going on in the dining room. However I teach people coustmer service skills. And she as yourmgr. Definitely needs them. Read more

Manager very rude. Young gentleman behind the counter is very calm and collected doing his job and the manager is trying to tell... him how to do his job, telling him to tell us they are out of something, when he already told us. The manager has half pink andhalf blue hair just rude telling people picking up for DoorDash not to yell at her when they are just talking up to speakthrough a mask. Then tried to shut the inside down when I was the last customer in line. Very unprofessional. If you can?thandle being a manager in a fast paced environment she then she should not be in the position. Personally wasnt even that busyin my opinion. Read more

This location has disappointed me the last two times I have visited. Thursday morning the selection of donuts was paltry at... best. Today, the register inside was, "Down." This forced everyone through the slow moving drive-thru where patrons could notsee the selection before entering the drive-thru and potentially being blocked in. I feel this location is poorly managed andemployees focus on their convenience rather than the needs of the customer. Read more

I keep going back to this location since they?re the closest to my home and have a drive through. It?s always a mess. Once I... went there and the employees were openly fighting with each other. Another time, they gave me the wrong order. I just now wentthrough and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Then when I got to the window, they couldn?t find my order andhad to make it again. At least they were nice about it. Sigh. How they can always have problems every time I go there is amystery. Just left there and same guy with nonchalant attitude was at drive thru window July 19, 2022 at 2p.m. He was visibly upset for... some reason and didn't say anything to me even though I said hello while giving my card. He walked away and said to his coworkerthat he thinks I'm slow. Not sure where he got that from but ok. Still I sat and waited for my food while he sat at the windowwith his back turned and when he finally gave me my food, i said thank you but he just stiff arm gave it to me and still saidnothing almost as if he were mad that he had a customer. Mind you all I ordered was 2 black pepper bacon croissants and no drinksince he said they can't make frozen drinks. So I took my money next door to McDonald's. I have already contacted corporate anddecided to write a review as well. Its baffling how a person can work in customer service and don't even have the decency tospeak to their customer. Bad seed going to run your customers away for sure. I do not recommend anyone spending their moneyhere. I will give an update once store owner contacts me. Read more

Ordered online and as I was pulling up to the speaker it was still loading for payment. I said my name for order and that it?s... still processing payment. The guy then proceeded to say ?Oh my god, you need to have it paid for before you get up to speaker?.I told him it went through finally and he said ?just pull up to the window?. Then they couldn?t even find my order, proceeded totake my order at the window. Showed him my payment confirmation and him and the other lady there both had a major attitude. Shewas giving me the ?stink? eye like I was an inconvenience to her for doing her job. The guy also had an attitude with me when hehad to talk to me about my order. This isn?t the first time this has happened either. They have major attitude problems and itneeds to be fixed. I love Dunkin? but after today and many previous issues with this store, I don?t know if I ever want to visitDunkin? again. My drink was made wrong too. I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with coconut milk and I got allcoconut milk with a drop of refresher. Thanks for wasting my money. When I say I love DD, I mean it but today?. WOW!!! The woman that took my order was snappy from the second I said good morning.... She had me repeat my order 2X, which was fine. When I get to the window to pick it up she forgot the topping which I mentioned,to which she snapped and stated I?d I would have ordered it that way she would have done it?. Excuse me?? I did order it thatway. 2x in fact. Then she wants to argue and make comments under her breath at me. I stated that she shouldn?t argue with thecustomer and that I in fact am in customer service too. What bad is she started raising her voice at me and another crew membercame over and told her to walk away and finished the transaction. I wished them all a great day, but I?ll NEVER stop at thislocation ever again! DO BETTER!! It?s NOT OK to have an employee act like that at 7:30 in the morning. Read more
