I really enjoy eating at IHOP but this time, I wasn't too happy with my meal.
If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Staff acted like they couldn't be bothered. Waited on a hostess for 5 min and then... asked a woman who was working on to go orders if we were supposed to seat ourselves. She barely acknowledged the question andsaid the hostess would seat us. We waited another 1-2 min for someone to seat us or at the very least let us know they'd be withus shortly. Plenty of tables available. There were 4 employees rallied around the cashier trying to help him get an orderstraight as if it took that many and not one person could seat us or the other family waiting. A GLORIOUS walk in the clouds!!! I have eaten more than a hundred omelettes in my 57 years of living. Today, here, was the... best I have experienced so far! I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by two polite, friendly and professionalmembers of the wait staff. I was seated and my drink order was taken within 60 seconds of walking in. My food order was takenwithin the following 60 seconds. The table and all dishes and utensils were remarkably clean. I ordered decaf, knowing that afresh pot would have to be made, and it was on the table in 2 minutes from ordering, along with cream and sugar. My meal, aneclectic choice on my part, was served within five minutes of my order. Every single detail was perfect. I had asked forketchup, and other items, and I never had to follow up or remind them of any detail. The food was cooked perfectly, better eventhan I could have done myself. Overall, despite this being at a national chain-restaurant, this was one of the most thoroughlyperfect meals of my life. If I won the powerball lottery, I'd pay $20M to buy this place, keep every single member of thestaff, and run a school for cooks, wait staff and managers for restaurants all over the world, because the entire industry couldlearn a lat from these people. Definitely a great spot to come eat the staff in the morning work together as a team. I pick up three orders here while it was... super busy. All three orders was made swiftly and the manager had good communication with all us costumers. This place has muchbetter service than the Danny's up the street we're I will never return. Read more
Will not eat here again. IHOP has gotten worse over the years. There was no management today. We were served after the people... that came in after us. My husband was served raw eggs (see pictures.) My lemon blueberry crepes had no lemon. The Minionspancakes were gross according to my nephew. Read more
My server clarence was nice ,very professional. The food was delicious,i have no complaints. The staff was friendly ,the place... was clean. I seen happy customers all around me eating???? I ordered online for carry-out. I was staying at a nearby hotel. My food was ready when promised and the order was correct. The... food was cooked exactly as I requested. The food was great! The only issue was, there was not plasticware or salt/pepper orbutter in bag or offered, when I picked up my order. I would recommend checking for those items, if needed. Got to the restaurant Monday morning. They were not to busy. Looked around, there were only 3 servers working that morning. We... got seated and the waitress immediately came an ask about drinks. She brought them right back pretty quickly. She asked if wewere ready to order and we did. The waitress was very nice and the food was great as always. WTG IHOP!!!! Read more
