Always great sandwiches. Consistently great! I love their crushed ice too!! Update!!! Did you know? Did you know that the Jimmy... John's in Newport News is having issues with their drinks? I heard it's because the city repaired the road on Jefferson avenuein Newport News and since they did that they don't have the water pressure they need to run their soda machines. They seem to belocked in a fight with Newport News about it and no one is budging. What a shame!!! Read more
I came in with a order of 6 sandwiches (4 Giant and 2 regular) for a lunch food run for my ship and they had an attitude... severing me, skipped me and took 2 other people's orders, and then took all day to make the subs. The last three times we have ordered from this location, something was wrong with the order. Sandwiches were missing cheese,... called to see if cheese comes on the sandwiches, which they clearly do, but on the phone was told that cheese doesn't come onthe sandwiches and it would be extra. This is false because when you look at the descriptions for all of the sandwiches itclearly says what comes on them, and are able to be customized. It seems like when you customize your sandwich, it comes missingsomething. Whether it be extra mayo, or oil and vinegar, or anything. The order never comes correct. As much money as I spendfor lunch for myself and my staff everything should be correct every single time I order. I'm talking anywhere from $30+ perorder and always tip the driver. Orders should be checked and double checked if need be at this rate. And you may ask, whycontinue to order, well because this is the fastest delivery service that we can get, seeing as most of the time we aren't ableto leave out to go get anything. Orders definitely need to be paid closer attention to. You're not cheap, and you don't eventoast the bread. Disappointed. The food was good I have no complaints we messed up our order and the guy helped me and he gave me a free sub.
Food was fine, standard Jimmy John's. Staff was impolite and would not allow people to sit at the outside tables. Not a friendly... environment and I won't be returning. Read more
