I came by today on October 28th. The employees made my quesadilla wrong. Cut it wrong and just stopped it together. When I asked... to get a refund they were very rude and careless. Horrible, asked for sour cream to go with taco. I was told I had to pay for it. No problem can I have 4. Cashier said you... have to get back in line. Can't order from window. Left out my sods for taco. She gave me a very nasty attitude for what Ishould have. As I drove away, so as not to argue after driving 5 hrs. Then had the never to tell me don't come back. This place is the absolute worst every time I go here to the drive-thru I am told I have to come inside and I get it the whole... world is short staffed. But, today I go to the drive-thru because it?s pouring down raining and I?m on my way home from work andwanted to grab a quick bite to eat. I am met with the same message I have to come inside to order but when I pull around thebuilding not only is the manager but also 2 crew members outside cooking on a grill on the side of the building. I am never theone to complain even on the numerous occasions my order has been messed up but this is seriously a problem. If I could havegiven 0 stars and post a review that?s what they would have. We just came up for lunch ? terrible experience!! First off my order was wrong , she was rude at one point . So after I?m done... ordering she said my total was $36 ???? howwww . Our food was thrown in the bag on its side and the icing got on literally everything in the bag! Everything sticky and messy.... Tried to call twice and no answer. Will be calling again! Cinnabon?s hard and nothing like described. Also messed up my orderand when paying for my meal was asked if i wanted my change back.. no matter how big or small the amount just rude and poorservice.
