I frequently visit the chain all over the country and my first impression at this location was not the best. There were 6 people... waiting inside and no one waiting anywhere else. We had 8 total people in our party and we told them that we didn?t mind being 2parties of 4. We were told that it was. 2 hour wait. We reiterated the 2 parties of 4 and was told that it was still 2 hourwait. 2 different people from our party went in and asked for seating for a party of 4 and the first received a wait of 25-30minutes and was seated in 10 minutes, the 2nd received a wait time of 25-30 minutes and we were seated in 15 minutes. Clearlythey lied. Going forward, it is best to recommend a smaller party if you don?t want to serve a large party instead of lying andturning away business. That was extremely disrespectful! Glad they don?t act like this at home. This is our regular Sunday spotand we always receive excellent service. Guess we are not in the south! Read more
Had a great dinner tonight. We were seated quickly. Our waitress Patrice was amazing. Very attentive without hovering. Thank you... again for everything. Never had an empty cup! Food was hot and delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly and juicy. Good experience. Read more

Service tonight was terrible. Server was rude and terrible at her job. Took 15 minutes to even be greeted and then were... brought smashed stale bread not once but twice. Every table around us was served drinks and salads and food before us eventhough they came after us. After 50 minutes we asked for a manager to get us salads before our food came out. Manager wasamazing and got our salads out and food about 20 minutes later. She did give a small discount on the check. Not worth going backin my book. Read more
*4-5-22 Update* Lamb chops are back. New pics below. This location contact-less pick up orders are quick and on time. My 5 yr... old son wanted Longhorn and it was only 10:30 a.m. lol Needless to say he has good taste. So of course when they opened weplaced an order for curbside pick up. They were quick and on time with the order and I was back on the interstate heading homewith my son. See pics below. My fiance and I are regulars here. We eat at this location at least once a month. We went here today for Valentines Day dinner.... I understand it was busy so we waited until 8:30pm to let the crowd die down. I ordered the outlaw ribeye like I always do. Whenour food came out this is what I was served. Skimpy is not even the word to describe this cut of meat that was brought out tome. I told Jevon the server (he was very nice and professional) that I thought this was extremely skimpy and he brought it tothe attention of the manager. The manager relayed the message to the server to tell me that the steaks are all pre weighed andbasically said this steak was 20 ounces before cooking. I was furious that the manager never came out to speak to me personallyand address this issue; instead she seemed to be argumentative from the kitchen about it. I refused to pay $27 for this steakand thankfully the server took it off our bill. Apparently the customer is not always right here. Updated review on 27April21 Entered during lunch time and waited about 10 minutes to not be seated or acknowledged. While two... people did see us standing there, neither of them greeted us or even asked if we had been helped. To top it off, they weren'tbusy. Maybe this restaurant location doesn't need one's hard earned money to stay in business. Don't worry. We won't be back tothis location and took our business. I'd suggest you do the same. I won't recommend this location to anyone again. The staffwere wearing masks properly. The guests were seated so they were socially distanced. The French Onion soup was delicious. Thesteam broccoli was cold. The burger and salad were fine. The waitress we had was nice but seem to be shy. She was very quietand laid back.
