Got a flat tire while driving thru the HRBT Tunnel on the way to Busch Gardens & drove here to wait for the tow truck. The staff... was warm & inviting. We placed a large dine-in order for our family of 6- Everything was correct & tasted hot & fresh. Thislocation will be our regular lunch spot on our drives to Busch Gardens. They must have been having a bad day. The cashier had a I don't want to be here attitude, they were under staffed and... overwhelmed. We waited 20 minutes to get our food and part of the order was wrong. The manager was doing all she could to keepthings in order but to no avail. That McDonald's need help. Read more
1 lady working when I took my daughter to the airport. She was efficient and the best bacon egg and cheese bagel she has had... there. 3 stars for atmosphere because it is McDonald's. Read more
Great cold ice cream and cookies. Always hot fries and fresh burgers. Never have had a problem in having to return an item.
They're very friendly to me and my dog they always have a pup cup or a treat for him. Sometimes they get backed up for a long... time at the drive-thru. But they always have pleasant people working there with smiles on their face. Read more
The staff was very helpful. The restroom was very clean. I love this place. The coffee is really good it can wake you up . After... a few hrs of driving. I really stop to used the restroom but the staff was so nice we sat down and had a nice meal. I want tosay thank you to the staff for always being so nice!! Read more
Second time Im forgotten at curbside pickup and have to go in where they dont even have my order ready at all after 40 minutes... during less busy hours. It feels as if they're not paying attention to the curbside orders more and more becaus. On top of this,when you walk in you just see them talking to eachother and not wanting to help customers at the register, wearing hoodies andjoggers not even looking like employees. Read more
