This place is so unorganized the order taker left to fix the food and the burgers were dried out.
Felt super uncomfortable with the flirting from the person at the window. I'm just tired and wanted food. Didn't need to be... serenaded and creepily stared at when they walked out my coffee because it was taking a while.. honestly too disgusted by theexperience to even enjoy my food. Terrible customer service, bad attitudes, no receipts even when I asked for it. A quarter pounder and chicken sandwich shouldn't... be $30+. Also, I asked for ranch and got sweet and sour so I had to go inside to exchange it. Stopped by the bathroom, whichsmelled horrible, saw that someone had shaved in the sink and the faucet was broken. What a difference a day makes... Cold food, no receipt, and my personal favorite, a busted sweet and sour sauce packet in my... bag. Now the whole car is sticky. Why you may ask? Because they didn't feel like opening their lobby to indoor dining today.No restrooms, no way to remove the sticky from EVERYWHERE.. Feeling very foolish for driving out here now. There is only oneworse McDonald's in Hampton so far. So Awesome day before yesterday, and so sloppy nasty today! A consistency failure in a badway. The worst!! Drove hour and a half to go out of town for the weekend. Stopped to McDonald's off Pembroke riding through. The wait... was ridiculous. Also my burger was not done. Being that I was traveling through, I called them. After calling 3 different timesfrom 3 different phones, the one answering kept saying hello like she couldn't hear me. Today my fiance is still sick afterthrowing up all night. He ate half the burger before he realized it was raw. I will be contacting home office, and taking it astep further if something is not done! The workers here made our experience terrible. The girl that worked at the front register made remarks under her breath to the... person I was with. When I went though the drive the lady that was handing me my order was very rude. I don?t come to thisMcDonald?s but I did today because I was leaving the library and the person I was with wanted some tea. He was very upset by theactions of the ladies working here. He felt as though they were discriminating against him because he does have long hair ect.Nothing like this should ever happen especially at a place like this. If I could rate my visit today a zero I would. We stoppedby around 4pm. Please train your workers to be polite, professional, and non-discriminatory to their customers. Read more
