The star is only there, so I can post. Absolutely a downward spiraling display of customer service. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER,... because they won't: On 3 occasions, over a 30 day period, I ordered a DOUBLE quarter pounder with bacon and received a SINGLEquarter pounder with bacon... But charged for the double every time. AVOID THE CURBSIDE AT ALL COST! 2 burgers, 20pc nuggets,and a happy meal took 40 minutes but only after I walked inside to see why it is taking so long. My kids appreciated appreciatedthe free cookie, which might be a decent correction to an "oops" but not repeated performance of this degree. Read more
Used Uber eats and they only gave the driver the happy meal. I ordered two whole combos that I never received.
I ordered 3 caramel sundaes and a mango pineapple smoothie. Slow service, the 3 ice creams were way too low in terms of portion,... stuff was rude when I addressed the issue, they didn?t want to do anything to deescalate the situation , instead they wereoffering those ice creams for free to the customers behind me. This one is legendary in the neighborhood for being slow. But they kicked it up a notch the other night. Walked in to place an... order and there was a customer waiting for his food. He complained the wait was long and when he asked the employee behind thecounter how much longer it would be, he was told "It'll be ready when I get to it." Needless to say I canceled my order andwalked right out never to come here again. Read more
This location is usually reliable for hot fresh fries, which is crucial. We got takeout adult chicken nugget happy meals. ... Nuggets were as expected. The steaming of the fries in that happy meal box doesn't do them, or really, the nuggets any favorson takeout orders. I will open the boxes whilst ordering takeout for the short, two mile, drive next time. Order was preparedas asked with all requested sauces included. Read more
I don?t dine here very often. I?ve stopped by only twice in the past three months, both time to grab a quick breakfast on my... way home in the morning and on both occasions they got my order wrong. My order was very simple: 2 McGriddles / 2 ChickenBiscuits / 1 Bagel sandwich. What I got was 2 McGriddles and 3 Chicken Biscuits? 0 Bagel Sandwich. How hard is that order tofill?!?! It?s hit or miss here. I?ve been stopping by here on and off for 8 years. The remodel is nice and the dining area is usually... decently clean. Drive through orders are correct most of the time. Read more
