If I was able to put 0 stars I was definitely gonna do it cz honestly this is the worst restaurant I?ve ever been too not the... worst Panera bread, every time I visit any other Panera bread I get the best customer service & best quality food thisrestaurant who claims they?re Panera bread they have 0 Quality food & they have no clue what customer service is, I am a regularcustomer I go there everyday to get the broccoli & cheddar soup first of all it doesn?t taste good as when I get it from anyother Panera soup isn?t fresh and I always have to heat it up they don?t care about how there food taste like the other Panerabread restaurants , I went today after work to get my soup the soup is slightly over half of the cup filled usually when I getit it?s filled to the top the prices goes up everyday on the soup and they put less. Amount in bowl that?s not fair so I wentback in and I was talking to one of the employees she was soo rude and she throw the spoon on the floor and she called hermanager surprisingly the manager didn?t even wanna listen to the issue at this point I knew they lack training big time I highlynever recommend to anyone looking for good quality food or good restaurant to go there I need someone to call me from Panerabread Corporate ASAP Read more
Aside from the fact that I was not greeted when I walked in, the visit was fine. There were several employees walking around... behind the counter, but everyone just kept doing what they were doing. I finally asked an employee if I had to order at thekiosk or could I order at the register. She glared at me, and said, I'll be there in min. She didn't even let me know where topick up my drink. Average at best. Staff is friendly. Decently clean and the food orders are typically correct, but sometimes food doesn?t come... out hot or even good... I?ve had some straight up gross food from here. They?re also really stingy with their interpretation of?extra? - if you order extra toppings or something on a salad they MIGHT give you some lol. First, I will share that what I ordered was accurate as well as delicious. It was ready quickly (I had pre-ordered and chose to... pick it up inside.) Knowing I had an hour's drive ahead of me after picking up my lunch I used the restroom and was quitesurprised when I saw the condition of the facilities. I posted pictures and I hope upper management sees them and takes noticethat recourses need to be dedicated to this Panera for restroom updates and improvements. If this is the same restroom that thestaff also has to use, it makes me feel like management could care a bit more about working conditions. I can't speak for all ofthe restaurant, but from the pickup door to the restroom, and to pickup my order and then leave, the restaurant looked dirty andunkept. Read more
The turkey avocado was served without the avocado. The gouda cheese was barely an inch wide. For the price of the sandwich which... the cheese is an extra cost, you would like to have a decent slice of cheese. The drink counter was saturated with drinkspillage. Order was incorrect. I didn?t realize it until I got home. I drove back to the store and asked for the manger. I explained my... frustration to the manager Eric and he said he would remake the sandwich and it would take about five minutes. After thesandwich was remade Eric handed it to me and no apology or sorry for the inconvenience. No customer service at all. As I waitedI was in shock by the complete lack of urgency by the staff. Leadership in the morning appears to me missing. Eric had anopportunity to make me feel valued as a customer and he missed it. This location is close to home but I won?t be back. Read more
