Wait time was long. It was Friday night and absolutely chaotic. My pizza melt was only half full. My buddy ordered 2 and his... were at least acceptable. It wasn't the worst experience but I won't return. I'll stick to delivery if I ever have pizza hutagain. Sad....used to be my favorite pizza. Read more

Ok, look. I realize that businesses are still struggling for employees these days and what few delivery drivers they might have... are majorly backed up right now, but it still shouldn?t take over 3 hours to hit 3 or 4 houses. I called back an hour aftergetting a message alert saying that my order was out for delivery and I was very understandable about 2 drivers having 4 ordersat once on their route, but like I said, the timing shouldn?t be that off! This place went south fast. We used to order from there weekly. They started messing up our orders. Once four weeks in a row. In... store they gave me someone else's pizza that took mine. Delivering the wrong food. Wrong toppings, mind you we order online soit not like a phone call were we could say the order wrong. Some of the workers act like they have a chip on their should likethey are to good for the job and your beneath them. But others are nice and helpful. Don't bother delivery if its not an hourdelivery time. We once never even got our order. They said it was out for delivery when we called to check on it 30 minuteslate. 20 minutes later called again they said it was just coming out of the oven. Called again when it still didn't come andsaid give us our money back. They did, so no issues there. We gave up on this pizza hut and go elsewhere now. Read more
Such poor customer service! I ordered online for delivery. Was called 10 minutes later and was asked if I could come in to pick... up my order, the delivery person had car issues, I said no problem at all. The lady on the phone then stated she would give me50% off my order. Well great no problem at all. I drove over here to pick my order up. They couldn't find my order the gentlemansaid, a few seconds later a woman walked up to the door and said can you move your car you are taking up 3 driver's spots. ????I look out and said oh I'm sorry I will be rite out. She said no move it now please! I said there's other parking spotsavailable if you need to park immediately! No move your car now he is going to be a few minutes to get what you need anyway shestated. I turned around the gentleman said oh your order wasn't made it's going to be about 8 minutes. I said okay, then askedis the manager available? He stated that the woman who was demanding me to move my car was the manager. I was literally in thisestablishment for 2 minutes there we're no signs posted that stated it was the driver's parking spots, I always order online,this is my first time ever coming here. To be so rude and impatient as a manger with customers is sad. I ordered from here sooften guess I will now look for something else! People fail to realize customer service go along way. When we walked into the Pizza Hut, the door chime alert went off. When we got to the counter a man was leaned over to the left... messing around with his phone. Another employee had to get his attention to let him know we were standing there. He took ourorder. We ordered one meat lovers and one pepperoni lovers pizza melts. When we got home we saw that they were burned and dry. We were told that we would be receiving marinara sauce for dipping. Got home and found we had two cups each of hot sauce. Wetried to eat them but they were way too burned, dry and horrible. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever! Read more
