I've been coming to this Rally's for over 15 years and for them to get my order wrong tell me to pull it to the front not... deliver my food to the car like they said and I have to go in to go complain to the manager then they start making my food aftersix cars had already pulled through there's no cars in the Drive-Thru behind me now and to also be told that Rally's does nothave a refund policy?? after I had waited on the side of the building for 10 minutes and no one started my order I find thatreprehensible and unacceptable. I called corporate to find out that they do offer a refund policy so the manager lied on top ofeverything else... terrible service. Read more
I thought the cashier was about to slit his wrists. He's lake of personality should have tipped me off, but I continued to... order. 1 cheeseburger and med fries. 1 pickle 1 drop of mustard and drop of ketchup. 2 bites that was it, in the garbage itwent. DISGUSTING!!!! Train them!!! I learned to cook at age of 9. They're adults for gods sake. Read more
The food was cold, just thrown together. It was gross and not how it was advertised. I asked for ranch and they really couldn't... give me a ranch without charging me. After shorting me food and the guy at the front was rude. It was all around a badexperience. I won't be back. This was the one in Hampton. Read more
Burger ingredients were definitely fresh but the patties are pretty thin, you'll probably be safe getting a double cheeseburger... for any of the burgers they serve. Chili on the chili dogs was so 'meh' you could barely register eating it (the flavor wasweaker than the hot dog meat) and the onions weren't diced. Fries were very good! Read more
Updating my previous review from 3 stars to 4. Quality was definitely improved after my recent visit. The burger was good,... toppings were fresh and the fries were good. The burgers are pretty thin, so I definitely recommend getting a double if you gofor the burger. Prices are high compared to what you get for your money other places. I paid $10 for a medium Cheese Champcombo which is a basic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. Service-wise, there was only a manager takingorders and two cooks working the kitchen. The manager was prioritizing the drive-thru so people inside were waiting longer. Thedining room was empty when we arrived, so we only waited about 5 minutes to place our order, but once more customers startedcoming in, you could see people leaving because it was taking too long to order. 1st time to this location and to the franchise in general. The staff here was super friendly and informative. The chicken bites... were bland. The French fries were seasoned to perfection ???? Prices were a little expensive for my taste. However I didmajority really like it. Definitely wanna try the garlic French fries. ???? next time! Thanks for a great impression! Read more
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ! First they through all 6 burgers and 4 fries all in one bag bunched up , bread was sooo hard it fell apart... soon as I grabbed it , none of the burgers were plain like I asked fries EXTREMELY HARD ! It was ok. I liked my burger. The slushy or whatever they call it there was not very good and then when we got soda the flavor... was all off. Maybe it was just that time if the month for refilling flavor lol. But the staff was friendly and the place wasclean. ?? Read more
