To Whom It May Concern, I?m not sure who reads these reviews, but I hope that what I?m about to share is seen as helpful and... not cynical. After placing an on-line order for a 4:30 pick up (placed at 2:30 p.m.), I arrived at 4:27. The order wasn?tready. I was a little annoyed, but it wasn?t 4:30 yet so I took a seat to wait. At 4:45 I still hadn?t received my order, butthose that ordered during and after me were served and sent on their way. There seemed to be no urgency, no attentiveness atall. Instead, I listened to conversations about things that didn?t matter, and was utterly ignored until 10 minutes after 5:00.What is the point of placing an order on line, to pick up at a certain time if I sendup waiting over 30 minutes after I arriveto pick it up? No apology was offered, not even a direct look in the eye when I was given my food. I used to love thisLsestablisment for its trendy food, and bright and inviting space. I no longer think this after today. The service was horribleand the food forgettable. I spent time and money to be ignored and underwhelmed. To your staff and establishment in HamptonRoads, VA in the Peninsula Town Center, It is truly upsetting that I or any customer would have to deal with the feeling of notmattering to the people that are there to serve and be hospitable to the customer. Quality for cost wasn't worth it. $30.05 for a Wendy's style burger. I could have paid the same at 5 guys for a fresh grilled... patty. Customer service was okayish. Will I come back probably not. Read more

They refused to make a shake because the lady at the front was the "only one at the front"... There were more people working... there then just her not sure why it couldn't have been requested for a back of house worker to come up to make it or cover herwhile she made it. They were not busy at the time we were the only people there in the line with only one table of other peoplein the whole place. Outside of that the food was good but expensive for the portion size. This was a complete waste of my husband money. The bean burger had a unpleasant odor and the brussel sprouts tasted like they... put a pound of salt on them. We will try again because I always want to give business a second chance. The drinks weredelicious. The customer service was excellent. Read more

Pretty good burger. Just alittle pricey. 2 adults and a 7 year old...&45.00 No complaints on the food.

Sad, Sad, SAD This is the second time I have been there in as many months and both times my food (burger) was not what I ordered... and the haystack onion rings where a burnt greasy mess. I'm sure the grease has not been changed for quite a long time. I knowbecause I used to work in fast food and there are certain things that you must do to keep your offerings at an acceptablelevel. I also was told that the water fountain did not work and was sold a $3.00 small bottle of water. Only to see anothercustomer get 4 cups of water. Very disappointed and if I am asked I will enlighten anyone willing to listen. Did I mention thatthis was a $16.00 meal. Read more
