Today I ordered a Venti pumpkin cream cold brew at the drive thru at about 11am. I didn't realize until I drove away that I was... given someone else's mobile order that has been sitting around since 10:30am that they probably never came to pick up. If I pay$6 for a drink, I would prefer that it be made when I ordered it. There was a reason that I ordered at the drive thru and didn'tplace a mobile order. So I recieved Casey's drink (my name is Emma) that has been sitting around and probably been touched by 20other people this morning. So Starbucks got my $6 and Casey's $6 and only had to make one drink. Crazy. Read more
The manager of this location is anti BLM, her and her husband posted about it on Facebook during the height of the movement in... 2020. She also never believed in the pandemic and constantly made remarks to employees about masks being awful. Stay far awayfrom this location. The ice bin is never cleaned, the underside of the espresso bars harbor cockroaches which required outsidefacilities to take care of multiple times. They do not follow proper food thawing procedures if deliveries are messed up. Sheonce made an employee cry while working on the bar because they were physically moving as fast as they could but it was not fastenough for her. During red cup giveaway times, the manager requested to one of the female supervisors that the cups should besaved for white customers. Went inside due to a long line in drive thru and still had to wait for 20 min for my drink. People came in after me and ordered... and were able to get their drinks hot and cold. But I was given a really bad attitude when I asked why it was taken so long. Idon't recommend this store. I normally go to the one in Newmarket. They are way more friendly there. This one is slow and somebad customer service. Then when I get my drink it is not made the way I asked. Worst experience I have ever had with anyStarbucks and I go daily. I normally get my coffee and frappe from Krispy creme. This particular day I was near Starbucks so stopped there instead. I'm... thinking Starbucks is the cream of the crop when it comes to coffee. I was so surprised that our caramel frappes weredisgustingly bland, even the whipped cream on top was lacking flavor. It tasted as if the person added too much ice and I wasdrinking crushed ice with slight coffee flavor. Never go here don't wast your money. I'm sure the food is great. Read more
I hate this location but the employees are friendly helpful and ALWAYS get my drink right. The drive thru gives me severe... anxiety as It is always cramped , moves slow , has no room and gives me the feeling of being ?stuck?? avoid it and just goinside IF you can. Read more
Good locations. Drinks came out fast, place was well kept and clean, service was okay, not the friendliest and coffee (pike... roast) tasted old, could have been since I ordered mid day at 3 pm.
