Located inside Harris Teeter, staff is always courteous and helpful. Relatively quick service and never usually crowded. Would... stop here before hitting a drive through location further down if you can. Read more
Coffee price has been going up nearly 50% in just past few years. I like bold. All the stores now have Verona, the cheapest... roast ,90% of the time. Coffee is always watered down and weak. This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A... friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly. Thedownside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which isadequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be makingdifferent beverages simultaneously. Read more
My boyfriend went to this Starbucks to get me some coffee. He ordered exactly ?grande toasted white chocolate mocha with oat... milk? and he got a tall white chocolate mocha with whole milk. He went back after calling me to ask if I wanted him to go backto get the correct order. And they gave him a grande white chocolate mocha with whole milk. The toasted white chocolate mochasare supposed to have holiday sprinkles in them and both drinks didn?t so both times it wasnt the correct drink. And today is theday they are giving out the holiday reusable cup and the girl taking his order acted like she had no idea what he was talkingabout and had to have another barista tell her they are giving out the cups. So they gave him a cup but didn?t put my coffee init. I?m not sure if this barista just put in what was easier for her or she didn?t listen, but should probably look into makingsure the baristas put in the orders as they hear them and read them back to the customer because that is what the baristas dousually when I go in to order.
