The lady Stephanie helped make my sub and she was so pleasant and amazing .My sun was perfect ! I did do a survey on her as... well. However I did feel the worker Sofia was super rude and kept bumping into her as if she wasn?t even there . SurprisinglyStephanie didn?t react I?m unsure if I would?ve had that same control. The management here is awful . He was just sitting at thetable and it was so busy in there. Not once did he even look at the line of people almost out the door . I have never had problems with this location, but last night was terrible, ordered 10 sandwiches, a d not one was correct. We... didn't get any of the bread we ordered, no cheese on our sandwiches, and all the ingredients were wrong. Called, they didn'tanswer, then called back today and they said well you need the sandwich to get a refund, I wasn't asking for a refund. But itwould have been nice had they offered a free sandwich or something. I just wanted them to know they made NONE OF THE 10SANDWICHES CORRECT! I even took pictures, we ate them after we scraped the spicey stuff off and took the stuff off we didn'twant, well because it was late and we were hungry! I'm not going to save 10 sandwiches in hopes they will make it right the nextday when after mine were wrong I got online and read all the bad reviews from online ordering! :( disappointed doesn't begin toexplain my feelings right now. I like Subway, but I think it's unfortunate that we humans are not as consistent as our wares from time to time; for this visit... at this location I placed my order online so as to take advantage of the "express checkout ", unfortunately the young lady atthe counter was not ready to acknowledge the express checkout lane, even when asked by the mature woman at the counter whorecognized what lane I was in; after politely allowing the lady to proceed me, I kindly asked if the "express checkout " lanewas recognized at this location and after watching the episode transpire another young female employee sprang into actionretrieving my order from the waiting area, and reassuring me that this lane was indeed valid, while apologizing for anyinconvenience and thanking me for placing my order with them; and so alls well that ends well and let's all try to be a bit morepatient and forgiving with one another.
